Book beach hotels in Hollywood, FL from CA $134

"I called ahead of my stay to book a shuttle from the airport, which I was told was not possible; that I had to call once I arrived. I explained that I didn't have an American phone plan and wasn't able to, and would be happy to give flight details and wait at the required waiting place, but the woman on the phone simply interrupted over and over with 'You have to call.' Upon arriving, I was able to find a helpful airport staff member who called for me, and while we were kept waiting on hold, eventually he got through and gave me the location to wait for the shuttle. We waited amidst the throngs of spring break travellers for an hour, which after a 12 hour travel day was nothing short of brutal; but, no shuttle. We tried to call back - we couldn't get through. My mother is 70 years old and exhausted, so we finally had to take an expensive cab ride, which after the already high cost of this hotel was extremely frustrating. I explained what happened when checking in, and the front desk staff absolutely did not care. They said it's busy and the shuttle is busy, move along. An hour seems wildly unreasonable to me, but they did not care, not even an ear let alone an apology was offered. This one night in this hotel cost me $500 for a 12 hour stay; I've never been so disregarded, and disappointed. "

"Very nice property, I feel like the restaurants within the property need more work. The food was very basic for the price. Also, the pool hours should be extended through out the night. They closed the pool by 6pm. This resort needs another jacuzzi, the current outdoor jacuzzi is very small. "
