Henry the Supervisor, was extremely rude at Check in. Minga or Mingley- covered her face with Mask and stop speak. Ignore when I asked about questions for Check in. Tommy - front desk Associate, attempted to resolve the BATHROOM, odor with carpets issue (mositure). Not much Fruit Variety for breakfast, no yogurt. Breakfast buffet can be revised. thanks Thanks

Nice hotel

Staff members are friendly and polite. They are attentive and eager to help. I am very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of Causeway Bay where restaurants and MTR station are. Our room has a window facing the mountain with window seating. Although the room is a little small, the window definitely made a difference.

The building is old and room always have a unpleasant smell. Taxi is the only way to airport, otherwise you have to pull your luggages 5-10 minutes pass bridges subway

Whilst having stayed here several years ago, signs of age, wear and tear is showing. Timberwork in rooms is chipped/damaged. Rooms could do with a more thorough clean. The aircon is very noisy. The mini-bar runs at 20 deg. The lifts were SO slow and generally full, so had to resort to go up to come down!! Beds were quite firm but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was average but adequate. Location was great, hence why we booked it again this visit. Price was quite reasonable.

Good Stay, on a Quiet Street

Stayed here 3 nights while visiting Hong Kong. It is in Causeway Bay but it is a short walk away from the main action and subway stations. It on a very quiet street. The room was decently sized, but the bathroom was very small. The free breakfast was nice. For this price point, I'd stay again.
