A great hotel with good facilities, and the room is spacious by HK standards. Staff were lovely. Close to quite a few good restaurants and bars and not far from Wanchai MTR either. All in all a great stay.

Love this place

I really liked my stay here. Great position. Room was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. I spent a little extra to get a suite and it was a good size room with plenty of space.

I have stayed at this hotel five times over seven years and will always use it in future. The beds are really comfortable and its location can hardly be beaten - great for central and Wan Chai, right by a tram stop, right by bus stops, and close to the MTR station (either Admiralty or Wan Chai). It is about a 15 minute walk from the Wan Chai ferry as well. Food readily available nearby including for those looking to self-cater with a Wellcome and M&S Food stores very close by. It is being updated and this year I noticed the old carpets had been replaced with wooden/laminate flooring, which felt much more clean. Cupboards have been replaced with neat rail systems and a new hot and cold water dispenser helpfully provided. Staff are very friendly and accommodating from desk staff to cleaners. As ever the one thing, and no doubt most expensive thing, that could do with changing in the future is the shower - not because it is dirty or small or weak (it is a great shower experience) but because the doors don’t close tightly enough to prevent lots of water escaping and making the bath mats sodden. It’s just a design error I’m sure the owners rue the day was ever chosen. But this is not enough to put me off being a repeat visitor because it is such great value as a hotel and perfectly located.

Best thing about the hotel is their staff, superb! The hotel is new, so everything is in good condition. Well maintained, very clean, a bit smaller than expect - reasonable size in HK but maybe the photo set my expectation wrongly. Great to have the water filtering machine in the room addition to the boiler, very considerate. Only thing odd is the setting in the bathroom,nowhere to hang your clothes and towel except the hook inside the shower cubicle... The location can be considered convenient as basically walking distance to MTR, pacific place and bus stop. it is not as convenient as it is if you are with luggage. cos it is not long to walk to bus stop or MTR, the street conditions is not perfect, also can be very crowded and need to cross a few blocks. So maybe uber or taxi would be better options... p.s. the area is unbelievably quiet on holiday or weekend, many dinning places are closed or you can only get high end options around. several tourist traps as well...

Very much value for money. The Junior Suite (Maxi) was very spacious for the price and it's all about the location. It's near several transport options and it's easy to hail a taxi from the hotel. There are also a lot of food options nearby and a supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy. The hotel's breakfast option is adequate for the price, nothing fancy but sufficient for a budget hotel. The bathroom doesnt have enough vanity space for women with more products but the lighting for makeup is pretty good. The rooms don’t have any drawers, just a rack to hang some clothes, but it's easy enough to overlook for the price. The bed is quite hard, not the best but not the worst either - I've had far worse at another HK hotel in Causeway Bay that was twice the price. Overall, I would recommend staying here if looking to stay within a budget and also within close proximity of Central.
