With wall-to-wall living room pane windows, you can go to sleep and wake up with the sights and smells of the Pacific Ocean. Utilities are included in the rental fee. Transient tax and Hawaii state tax where applicable.
This is one of the Hamakua Coast's best-kept little secrets.
