This was the worst experience I have ever had. I went on vacation with my grandchildren ages 6 and 17. This was supposed to be a luxury apartment located in the Ilika hotel. I have stayed at the hotel before and it is very nice. This apartment however was a completely different story. They have a lot of nerve calling it Hello Relaxation. When I arrived I went to check in at the front desk. I explained that it was an apartment through Hello Relaxation. They checked and said they were unable to find my reservation. They gave me the phone number to contact them. When I called I was told that I needed to sign a contract and leave a deposit . I told them that I had contacted them previously and spoken with a man who said that I did not need to have a contract because it was already booked with Expedia. They said they needed me to email my drivers license and the front and back of my credit card. I refused to send this by email and said I would fax it only after speaking with Expedia. The staff at the front desk were very nice and then gave me the phone number for Expedia hotel reservations. The person at Expedia assured me that they had in fact been paid and that they would contact them immediately. When they called me back they gave me a persons name to speak to directly and that they were going to expedite my reservation. I called and asked to speak with her. I was told that I did have to sign a contract or I could not have the reservation.
Good location however there were a number of issues with the property service. I was locked out of my room twice due to key malfunction. The first time there was an argument between hotel management and the property owners. We were locked out of the room for four hours and after a number of expensive phone calls the issue was resolved. I am still to see if they compensate me. Parking was useless
