Room was just okay. The location is within walking distance to several fun places and the beach. The chairs at the bar are broken and don’t support any weight, the bed liners underneath the bed have fallen in and are very dirty, and most of the dishes had to be washed before use. They had noticeable globs of food dried to them. We noticed the bed liners on the last day of our stay or we wouldn’t have stayed. When reported to the owners, they told me I should have let them know while I was there and went very helpful. The room served its purpose but we will stay elsewhere next time. The cheaper option isn’t necessarily the best.

Apartment was great, beautiful view, comfortable and functional. Very nice location condition etc. Dining options at walking distance could be better. Nice place close by with long waiting times. We missed WiFi in the apartment, that was a big minus. Pool area wasn’t very inviting and sauna was always cold even when hours were marked until 10 pm. That was a big minus as well. Beach toward Dimondhead. was great. Parking was good also.

Booking process, what stood out was the FREE Parking. Otherwise it’s would be very costly! Check in process, was sent an email with door code! I mean there wasn’t a process and that made it even better as no one enjoys waiting in line. Esp when the man working at the front desk said he cannot watch two grocery bags for me while I ran to car parked by security as I left something. “His guests” comes first. He made sure of this. How rude! He is lucky cause the gentleman next to him came out and said he can for me, he appeared to be a bellman for that hotel property. Just because I booked a condo unit doesn’t mean he should be talking to me this way. He said it loud enough that the gentleman who was the bellman(not sure his position there) even heard and came out. Yeah I was a bit shocked. As I have dealt with the front desk there and the lady who usually works in the front desk is a sweetheart. That bellman truly is an angel. No matter how negatively the front desk guy spoke to me, that lady and this bellman who has helped me in my prior stays makes up for it 1000x over. I love staying here regardless if it’s a condo owned room or with Aston which I have once. I have stayed at this place over 5 or 6 times in the last year. The location is amazing,& 99% of the employees I’ve encountered are high grade associates in that industry! Housekeeping along the hallways always greets me & so gracious too.I highly recommend this place it has everything whether traveling solo or family.

Al llegar a la propiedad no servía el código de ingreso, lo que ocasionó que estuviéramos 1 hora fuera esperando que nos contestaran ya que llegamos a las 9:30pm y las personas de recepción poco ayudan. La propiedad en general es antigua, las áreas comunes no las conocimos porque estaban en reparaciones. La zona es muy céntrica, a 5 minutos de la playa y quedan muchas cosas cercas para comer y comprar. En cuanto al departamento un poco antiguo pero cumplió con lo que necesitábamos. Tiene las cosas necesarias para cocinar (sartenes, ollas, platos, vasos, licuadoras, cubiertos, etc), para limpiar y mantener el lugar. El estacionamiento si llegas después de las 6:00 pm es difícil conseguir puesto ya que hay gente que paga a parte y deja su vehículo.
