The woman at the desk was so kind and friendly. She explained all the details to me well. The hotel is a little dated but very comfortable and clean. It’s a quick walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants! I’d gladly stay here again.

Terrible views. The room overlooks parking and people can directly stare into the rooms. The rooms are outdated and the blinds don't close all the way. The "parking" is not included and is privately owned. For $35 a day, they warn you repeatedly that the actual owners of the parking garage will tow cars for the slightest grievance. The hotel does offer free chair and umbrella use which is lovely. The area is surrounded by homeless and the entire location is dirty and felt unsafe to walk.

Was decent if needing somewhere to stay but would not stay here again. Property was an older people which wasn’t a problem for me and it was clean but the area surrounding is not what you expect from traveling to Hawaii in what’s supposed to be paradise. Lots of drug addicts and homeless people wandering around in Waikiki. I did like how easy it is to walk to and from several restaurants and even transportation via Lyft/uber was cheap. Hotel staff was friendly enough.

The balcony was very small so you couldn’t really sit out there but it had a nice view. The room was a bit worn & dated but comfortable and clean. Loved the rooftop pool & hot tub; good location also! Parking was convenient & not as expensive as other places.
