"The room was very nice. Very clean. I’ve never been in a hotel without a frig, microwave & coffee maker. There was no concierge to talk to, there’s always one in hotels. I understand there are a lot of people in a casino to meet needs. Even on a cruise ship, there is a costumer service area where there are 5,000 guests when we’ve cruised."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Had to call twice to get maintenance out for the room but they were speedy and friendly. "

"No coffee machine in the room, no cups in the bathroom, no ice in ice machine on our floor for the entire stay we were there. We were told that there is no refrigerator because we have to pay for one every night if we need one. We chose not to do that. I believe that the bathtub shower area is dangerous because there is no bar or railing to hold onto as you step in and out of the shower and the tile on the wall is very slippery, therefore you don’t have a handhold in any direction as you navigate in or out of the shower. "
