We came here because our usual hotel had YEARS of issues with parking. Turns out Park MGM has issues with parking too - no be tter - unable to exit because somehow my parking status was never registered as guest. Had to wait in long line 2 days before I left to fix. 2 days before leaving the hot water goes out and next day is tepid. Traffic going out of hotel is horrific when game day at Toshiba Arena - had to abort return to hotel because parking structure was completely jammed with traffic. Not pleasant. Don't see how hotel guests with cars can put up with such horrible traffic during big events.

The name changed since we booked and so did everything else. I loved the nomad. Unfortunately this stay at the now named Reserve was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We where traveling with our 2 kids, so specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds and a living area. Upon arrival they could not honor our reservation but would instead “upgrade” us to a room with one bed instead of the 2 we needed. We were told housekeeping would make the sofa pull out as comfy as possible. We had been traveling for 12 hours and just wanted to sleep at this point but had to wait an hour for the linens to arrive, then had the make the bed up ourselves. Two of us bashed our heads on the low hanging wood chandelier while we moved all the furniture to make room to pull out the gross, stained mattress. We agreed to keep this new set up to avoid changing rooms in the middle of our stay. When we were out on a day trip, the hotel called to tell us another mistake was made on the room so we couldn’t stay in our “upgrade” and needed to move to the room we originally booked. We were offered a credit to use on a meal at the hotel for our inconvenience. Unfortunately, we had just eaten dinner at the hotel and already paid the bill. We attempted to use the credit for breakfast before checking out the next day. The restaurant could not seat us, so we ordered room service, but after waiting for 3 HOURS it was past our checkout time so we cancelled the order and never even got to use the credit.

The staff was amazing and Joe at Primrose was great. We waited over 1 1/2 to be seated and his service to us was very much appreciated and the food was delicious.

The location is great. Walkable to nearby CVS or walgreens if you need to pick up stuff like water. Having Eataly in the hotel was great for morning coffees and pastries. The rooms were below average though. Very dated rooms and you can tell the carpet in the rooms have not been cleaned well. The carpets were quite black in the high traffic areas of the room. Lighting was not the greatest in the rooms either. Quite dark and dingy.
