First, the hotel failed to clean my room for five days, and when I went to the front desk—frustrated and simply asking to speak with a manager—they refused. Instead, they called the police, falsely claiming I was yelling. The officers arrived and immediately left, stating the call was a waste of their time.
Second, the hotel never disclosed the additional $25 daily parking fee. When I questioned it, they insisted a sign on the reception wall was sufficient notice, then threatened to tow my car and evict me.
Overall, the property is poorly maintained, and the front-desk staff are unprofessional and rude. There are far better hotels in the Galleria area at the same price point—without surprise fees, unclean conditions, or staff who call the police rather than allow guests to speak with a manager.
