I would not stay there again. The people at the front desk were all very nice . The place was very worn down . The parking lot was not safe , the doors slam very hard and loud. The breakfast was poor . I expected more from a Hyatt House hotel and was very disappointed over all .

The only problem i had was the hotel charged me twice for my stay. I spoke to the assistant she told me that it will be refunded back to my account but wasnt I'm still waiting

GOOD BUSINESS TRAVEL LODGING NEAR GALLERIA
This is a well worn property but adequately maintained and clean. Lots of amenities for longer stays. Conveniently located and accessible. Fair price for the lodging. Parking was safe and secure, though $20/night adding 20% to the price of the stay. Other comparable properties in the vicinity have free parking on site.

The property is an old building but it was overall a nice place. The staff was great. It would be nice to have ice machines on each floor instead of only on the first floor. The selection in snack pantry was minimal. I think it needed to be restocked. Overall I wouldn’t have a problem staying there again.
