Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff is very bad, they don't know the meaning of hotel and hospitality, the dishes are unclean, the food is very scarce and bad, and the drinking water is not potable. There is no cooperation or even a smile, but despite all this, the view is charming, the room is good, and only the reception staff are cheerful.

The room was good really, it just felt a bit too big for what was in the room - the sea view was beautiful and the air con was a life saver. However, WiFi was only available in the reception area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I don’t feel that the coffee was any good, just Nescafé added to a big jug, I’d expect a decent coffee machine and the food did not cater for everyone. Full spicy dinners wasn’t my idea of breakfast and while there was a small offering of cheese and meats it didn’t look appealing. This hotel is perfect if you just want a room that is well kept and has very basic amenities.

The worst place that you can ever try to spend time in super dirty. The water is very dirty a lot lots of garbage in the water and dirty pampers. Staff is very rude electricity we lost power so i was no AC no fan no elevators nothing, and when the guy was introduced himself as the owner, he was very rude the minute he find out I have an American passport. I don’t know why and telling me so what there’s no electricity for three hours you are from Egypt and you know you can lose power any time which is hilarious. They didn’t even wanna refund me. Please do not waste your money.
