Book a hotel near Iglesia Sagrado Corazon de Jesus, Monterrey Centro

"Our stay was great. We would suggest an extra mirror in the rooms. I would also suggest ventilation installed in the bathrooms. The city view room we stayed in had no ventilation in there. The entrance to the hotel is very difficult to find and requires walking up steps near a busy parking lot entrance and if you avoid the steps you have to walk up a ramp to enter an elevator and then figure out which selection to get to the lobby area. More food selections within the restaurant/cafe (Panem) by the lobby. Overall it's at the heart of everything and lots of food selections if you don't choose to dine at Panem. "

"The main floor and lobby are beautiful, the doorman was a nice touch. Checking was a little slow because there was only one clerk with three people in line. We were given a room on the ninths floor, which had a spectacular view of the Monterrey skyline. The door to our room was an issue, very hard to open and close, it appeared like it was falling off It’s hinges or swollen. We told two different people about it, and we still needed to use our body weight in order to open and close the door. The bathroom had the most issues from the shower not draining to a trickle of hot water from the sink faucet. Overall, it was not a good experience, and we do not plan on staying here again."
