Stains on fitted sheet and comforter. For the duration of our stay there, the sheets and pillow cases were never replaced even though we specifically told the front desk staff. Not particularly satisfied with our overall stay in this hotel.

Room needs good cleaning side of walls were dusty as well as floors . Bathrm needs thorough scrubbing . It’s nice if place provides water bottle daily just like other hotel I’ve been to. Bed/mattress n bed linen provided s good .

please change your single bed to double. been to a lot of hotel nobody is using a single bed now. please keep your sofa and chairs clean from stains.

Meh! There are better places in Iloilo!

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is great, and the location is so convenient! The room is so-so with the twin beds seem tinier than usual. One night, there was a party going on all night in the room next door; we called several times to complain about the party noise but nothing was done. There were at least 12 people in the room partying, screaming, but management did not do anything. The water in the shower smells horrible. I wonder where their water is coming from

I like the fact that it's close to the mall but most of all the customer service is superb. We stayed in a suite and it's really worth the money we paid. Will surely come back .

All of my requests for the sink drain to be unblocked were ignored. The water supply of complimentary water was difficult, no carafe in the room like the instructions said. The water dispenser by the lifts ran out of water. The food is terrible, I spent almost 8000 pesos on food in two days, the food was cold and overcooked, the pasta was cooked in oil not water and was disgustingly greasy. The staff at reception didn't care about my complaints, and on checking out the reception even gave me a QR code to complain to. Avoid this hotel

Breakfast could be better. Towels were very thin. One time the elevator was taking a long time so we decided to use the stairs to go down. Doors were locked. I notified front desk. Despite all these, they have the most amazing staff. From security personnel, restaurant staff, housekeeping and front desk, they are all very helpful. Always willing to help. The room was always clean. Everyone was so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
