Wonderful farmhouse in Chianti 15 minutes from Florence surrounded by greenery with a panorama overlooking the surrounding valley; it is mandatory to relax and you will fill your eyes with all that beauty that Tuscany can offer and we will be happy to advise you on everything you need to totally immerse yourself in this beloved land. The position is very strategic being very close to Florence, about 20 minutes by car, Greve in Chianti is 15 minutes away, Radda in Chianti and Volpaia about 25 minutes; The famous Dell 'Ugolino golf course is 5 minutes away by car; Siena is only 45 minutes away with a beautiful scenic and suggestive road; we can offer you unique and historical itineraries, even very rare itineraries being lovers of trekking and nature. The house is very well equipped and you can find everything you need; it is on two levels and is 140 square meters with living room, kitchen and two large double bedrooms, all furnished with taste and in a strictly Tuscan style.
The house price is for one person, each additional person is Euro 30.00 per day.

Das bezaubernde alte Bauernhaus steht im schönsten Teil der Toskana, nicht allzu weit von Florenz, das man ĂŒber kleine gewundene Straßen in einer halben Stunde erreicht. Es hat große Zimmer und wunderschöne alte SchrĂ€nke. Es hat allerdings selbst keinen Panoramablick sondern ist die RĂŒckseite des Haupthauses, in dem der Besitzer wohnt. Wenn man um das Haus herumgeht hat man schöne Blicke ins Tal, allerdings steht man dann bei den Nachbarn auf der Terrasse. Das Haus ist Teil eines Ensembles mit mindestens vier Wohneinheiten und ein fĂŒnftes Haus wird gerade gebaut. Wir waren im Herbst da und weil man in der Toskana vor November nicht heizen darf war es abends und nachts sehr kalt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder, aber dann im Sommer.

Beautiful place great facility however both bedrooms are upstairs with JACK and Jill bathroom. 30 minutes from Florence 10 minutes from our venue great location Inpruneta was beautiful close with a grocery. Definitely needed a car for transportation.

Einen besseren Standort fĂŒr einen Urlaub kann man sich nicht wĂŒnschen...

Die Anlage war super gepflegt und das Bauernhaus artypisch. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es ein altes Haus ist. Die Betten verdienen das PrĂ€dikat Extraklasse. Bei der Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben, nicht zu vergessen, es gibt eine außergewöhnliche Insektenwelt. Gegen MĂŒcken ist man gut gewappnet. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und hat gute Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge.

The house was very old and 16th century. Excellent stay and host but the shower is dangerous because you stand on a wooden rack in the shower that slips. They also need a coffee maker however the stay was excellent

Farmhouse experience

We stayed for a week. We were not prepared for the house to be so cold. We had to wear jackets inside because there was no heat and the structure is stone and tile. I’ve given the pros and cons of the property below.ProsBeautiful yards Beautiful views Fully outfitted kitchenWashing machine Comfortable bed Located in a rural area Parking is easy QuietClose to small town Cons- If I had known about these we definitely would not have stayed there Black mold through out the house including the bedroom No toasterThe furniture looked like throw away pieces. Antiques are one thing but not like they were right out of the barn.Plaster coming off the walls The sofa was so worn I needed 2 pillows to sit on. Very cold and we were not informed if the fireplace was available for use. We had to wear our jackets inside.The Only bathroom is upstairs The bathroom was between the bedrooms and it has two steps up. Which is problematic during the night.

Very Peaceful

This is a beautiful, rustic property that has lovely gardens to relax in and views of the Tuscan countryside. The water is hot for showers and having a washer was great. While we had a car, we found that there was not really anything in Impruneta to explore, except for a handy Coop supermarket. There was nothing to walk to. We did find places to drive to and enjoyed those excursions and coming home to this place was nice.It was an easy drive to the Florence airport to return our rental, and the highlight of our stay was a drive to Monteriggioni, recommended by our host, and a day with a guide to visit 2 villasand have a wine tasting right outside of Lucca.

Tuscany Getaway

The property is an easy drive from Florence , located in beautiful surroundings with the rolling hills of Tuscany all around. We were able to explore Siena & multiple small centuries old towns. A car is a must here to go anywhere including Impruneta.The lodging is ample size for a family of 4 or 5. Loved that Mattia has a washer available for laundry. Mattia was a great host , made wonderful suggestions on places to go & was super easy to work with. Would recommend. Teri W from KY USA

Tuscan Hilltop

We had a relaxing time here and enjoyed the views of the beautiful Tuscan hills. It is only 20 minutes from Florence and 35 minutes from the airport. I recommend Ottomoni Winery for wine and olive oil tasting. Winery is half a mile from the property.

Wonderful stay

If you are looking for a beautiful area close to but not in Florence this is the place for you! Rustic Tuscan farmhouse that is just lovely with beautiful views. Mattia is a wonderful host with great recommendations for visits and food. This is close to all that Tuscany has to offer, would definitely stay here again .

Honestly a wonderful place.

Beautiful, rustic spot for a Tuscan Getaway

Everything was exactly as advertised at this beautiful Impruneta Tuscan farmhouse - perfect spot for two couples to explore Tuscany. Mattia had some excellent recommendations for areas to explore. We had beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. While we had some rainy days, that also meant we had incredible, vibrant, double rainbows appear. Accomodations: The farmhouse is just charming. There is one Jack and Jill bathroom and it has great use of small space with beautiful tile. WiFi worked fine and kitchen had what we needed as far as plates, glasses, and pans. Location: We were very pleased with the location. First-class wineries and vineyards only minutes away (highly recommend Ottomani - just charming), 25 minutes from Florence, and an easy day trip to Lucca, Siena, or other spots. So many phenomenal restaurants nearby as well. Transportation: You will definitely want a car here to explore. The area is not very walkable and no train station in Imprenuta. Overall, fantastic experience. Hope to go back!

Authentic Tuscan Home in Fabulous location

This home is perfectly situated close to Florence, Chianti and with easy drives to Arezzo, Lucca, Sienna and many other towns and sights. Impruneta itself is a very nice town also and has a few amenities you might need and a smaller grocery store. The home is large with big rooms and comfortable beds. Many outdoor spaces to enjoy. We were there in early spring but I imagine in warmer weather we would have been outside the whole time. Our host was quick to reply with any questions. This particular space would be perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4.

Una experiencia maravillosa

Los que buscåis un lugar idóneo para pasar unas vacaciones en la Toscana, sin duda lo habéis encontrado. Nos encantó el entorno (muy cercano a Florencia a la comarca del Chianti (preciosa) y al resto de la Toscana: en los quince días que estuvimos visitamos también Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Asciano...) , la casa con todas las comodidades, las vistas a todas horas increibles, la amabilidad y atención de sus dueños: Mattia y su madre, que nos hicieron pasar unos días estupendos. Sin duda, altamente recomendable.
