Welcome to this great country house on the outskirts of Inca where up to 5 guests can be accommodated. This cosy and great villa invites to relax thanks to the peace that the fields offer. The lovely exterior area that includes fruit trees, the furnished terrace with a barbecue and a natural pond with fishes, and the patio in front of the house also perfectly furnished with two sun loungers, tables with chairs to enjoy your appetisers alfresco, will make you fully enjoy your stay. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
The house has two floors. Upon entering, you will find a spacious and comfortable living-dining room with air conditioning, ideal for dining together and then chatting or relaxing while watching satellite TV. The kitchen is independent and offers a gas stove, oven, and a beautiful Mallorcan style, among many other features. There are two bathrooms with showers on this same floor that serve the entire house, although one of them is located outside and accessed through the garage. For resting, there are three bedrooms, two on the main floor with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Then, there is the third bedroom upstairs with two single beds and a sitting area with a TV (without satellite). There is a washing machine on the terrace, as well as an iron and ironing board. A crib and a high chair are also available.
Inca is a lovely and familiar city basically in the centre of the island offering all needed services for an independent stay such as bars, Majorcan restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. It also offers an easy access to any point of the island in a reasonable amount of time. You cannot miss its street market on Thursday morning that has been taking place for centuries and is the perfect place to buy local products. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro about 27.3 km away which is characterised by its crystal-clear water and fine sand.

Beatiful setting, very private with a huge garden
The house is in beatiful setting, very private with a huge garden. I would recommend renting a car for sure if you choose this listing, it would be hard to get around on foot. There were no problems with sounds from traffic for us at least.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön – eine große Anlage mit vielen Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen sowie duftenden Rosen. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Grill und gemütlicher Sitzecke lädt zum Verweilen ein und sorgt für ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Ein paar kleine Punkte zur Verbesserung: Die Betten und Matratzen sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und die Dusche ist recht klein und eng, was für größere Personen etwas unpraktisch ist. Etwas schade fanden wir auch, dass nur eine Toilettenrolle vorhanden war und Grundausstattungen wie Küchenrolle, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer fehlten – das gehört unserer Meinung nach zur Basisausstattung. Zudem wäre es hilfreich, in der Beschreibung zu erwähnen, dass sich viele Katzen rund um das Haus aufhalten – für Gäste mit Allergien ist das sicher eine wichtige Information. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen mit viel Charme und toller Atmosphäre.

Great house to relax, sor far from traffic but close to supermarkets (e.g.Aldi) and gas stations (BP, Repsol). It was clean and really enoug for 5 of us with 2 children. Love the grill kitchen outside and the huge amount of plants. Air conditioners worked well to cool down the 2 floors before sleeping. Lovely terrace with sunbeds.

Tolle Unterkunft sehr zentral auf der Insel gelegen.
Mitten in einem Orangen/Olivenhain. Man ist mit dem Auto max. 1h zu jedem beliebigen Ort unterwegs. Wir fanden die Gegend um Pollenca/Alcudia sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Einzig um die Sache mit der Müllentsorgung sollte man sich früh informieren besonders wenn man sehr früh abreist und am Vorabend den Müll weg ringen möchte. Auch wenn 21 Uhr an der Müllsammelstelle dransteht kann es passieren das um 19:00 Uhr schon alles verschlossen ist. Ansonsten ein schöne Unterkunft mit herrlich süßen Orangen.

Superbe séjour de 12 jours à Can Pilos !
La maison est grande est suffit largement à 4/5 voyageurs notamment grâce au grand salon/salle à manger et les deux salles de bains.
La cuisine bénéficie de tout ce qu’il faut : grand frigo, plaques de cuisson, four, micro-onde et lave vaisselle !
Le jardin dispose de transats et d’une grande table qui seront l’allié parfait de vos soirées barbecue.
La maison est placée à proximité de Inca où vous trouverez des supermarchés (Aldi, Lidl, McDo, Burger King) et station essence à 3mn en voiture et le centre de Inca avec son marché se trouve à 5mn.
L’avantage de l’emplacement est que vous êtes proches de chaque villes : 30mn de Palma, 30mn de Alcúdia, 25mn de Pollença, 35mn de Soller, 35mn de Valldemossa.
Attention, voiture obligatoire bien sûr.
PS : pour les amoureux des chats, un petit chat gris (Guapa) vous tiendra compagnie lorsque vous lui donnez à manger. Il reste un peu peureux et ne rentrera pas dans la maison.
