Comfortable temps, empty beaches, now's a great time to escape ! Absolutely beautiful oceanfront condo with private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Two spacious bedrooms with walk in closets, comfy sleeper sofa and 2 full baths. Spectacular sunrises, endless beaches, and moon lit evenings ! Wake up each day to sunrises over the ocean. Fully renovated in 2021 with new kitchen, baths, flooring, floor to ceiling sliders to enjoy the ocean view, fresh paint, pictures and lighting throughout. New heater/air conditioner in 2022 for year round comfort. Large recreation room with kitchen and fantastic views, overlooking the heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, gym with equipment, and of course direct beach access. Watch the pelicans and spinner dolphins, walk for miles north and south, see cruise ships sailing on the horizon, watch launches from Cape Canaveral, and enjoy the uncrowded and beautiful beach as much you like. Close to great shops and restaurants on the island and across the causeway to the mainland. Boating, fishing and golfing nearby. Underground parking as well as a large surface parking lot. “We absolutely LOVED our stay at the condo! Carrie was very accommodating and thought of everything we would need! The view was so stunning and the condo was beautifully updated! Having coffee on the patio in the mornings (and wine in the evenings) was the highlight of our trip! There is a full gym on the property you can use and a glorious heated pool by the beach. We highly recommend her condo to everyone who comes to visit !"

Beautiful ocean view condo

The condo was super clean! It’s appears to have been recently renovated and has a fun, beachy feel. Loved being to look out at the ocean from the family room and the master bedroom. Owner was easy to work with. Would recommend to friends and family.

Perfection!!

This condo and its location is absolutely perfect!! It was everything that was listed and more! We got to meet the owner, Carrie, and she was so sweet!! She showed us all around the property to make sure we knew where to find everything! This is the first time my mom and I stayed here but it won’t be our last!!

Beautiful View

We had such a relaxing time! The condo is decorated in a beach theme, the kitchen is brand new, and we had everything we needed included beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We spent alot of time at the pool, beach and just hanging out at the condo because it was such a calming environment. Would stay again.

Spectacular Oceanfront Home Away from Home


Upon entering the door, you realize you made the right choice. Your smile broadens, heartbeat slows, any tensions wane, the first sight you see through the patio door is the spectacular ocean waves breaking onshore! Carrie’s attention to design and detail makes this nicely appointed and exceptionally clean condo with lots of amenities so inviting. You truly “feel” the atmosphere of beach, ocean, relax, and enjoy. This excellent location and proximity to private access beach is priceless. If you want to relax and play, this is the place. Here you can spend hours on the patio living the “beach life” with a cocktail or good book and take all the serenity it offers. Listen to the crashing waves or indulge in a plethora of outstanding restaurants from exquisite seafood to sunset grills and tiki bars close by, many right on the water. Shopping, entertainment, sports activities all within minutes away. Carrie’s includes everything you need for the beach; including towels, chairs, blanket, umbrella to cooler. This spacious condo has tile floors throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen, comfy couches, TV’s and washer and dryer. Carrie was always available to answer questions before, during and after our stay. This caring host is both professional and courteous, and her responses always timely and helpful. We are already scheduled to return.
