The property was as described and pictured. It’s a nice home with comfortable beds and was mostly clean. There was some trash left in the garbage and the microwave was dirty, but otherwise it was in good condition. The couch was still broken, as noted in other reviews. The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere.Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. It was so difficult that we almost had to find another place to stay because the host was not responding to messages or calls. We only got in because someone exiting the building let us inside.We were also given incorrect information about where to temporarily park while retrieving the key fob. When we returned, our car was already hooked up to a tow truck. Thankfully, the driver let us go, but warned us we’d be towed if we parked in the structure without a pass, which was not provided.I tried contacting the host again about the missing pass with no response and had to pay to park elsewhere. The host called back hours later but was dismissive. He said he’d follow up the next morning, but never did.
