Very clean, room is modern and up to date. Seems still brand new. Quiet area and cozy. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Inverness area!

Great Staff. Uncomfortable Stay.
New building. Had a peculiar smell to it.Building is settling and my door was hard to open and even harder to lock.walls are paper thin. I was there for five nights. I listened to either talking or snoring from other rooms for 3 out of five. The rooms have kitchenetts and someone cooked something that smelled awful and found its way into my room where it stayed. Although the hotel is new,it is obvious it was done on the cheap with low grade materials. I had hot water in the sink and only warm in the shower. I even tried to stagger the times i used it to see if capacity was the issue.nope.

Never been in a hotel where you throw out the room garbage, usually maid service does that. Hotel was clean and mostly quiet. Laundry was convenient and restaurants we in walkinv distance. I would stay again

The hotel looked to be recently renovated. Very ckean. The walls are very thin however so neighbors and people in the halls could be heard.

I think this is the best hotel in the area. My room was clean, and staff was SUPER helpful and friendly (especially Jen). Thank you so much and I will be recommending your hotel to my mother. I will always stay here from now on.
