The master bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen all share this incredible oceanfront view. In addition to the ocean, 417 Seascape also has a bird’s eye view of the Seascape swimming pool.

Where mother nature provides a tremendous view, true beauty can be found at 417 Seascape in the interior design. Professionally decorated by one of the best outfits in Charleston, 417 Seascape has been completely renovated. Some of the features of the renovation include:

The property owner is constantly taking the extra steps to ensure their condominium is in excellent condition to make every guest's visit at 417 Seascape unforgettable. **Note:**
Due to the ongoing beach renourishment, the Seascape beach access is currently closed for guest safety. There is an access path at Summer Dunes Lane—turn left from the Seascape entrance onto Palmetto Drive and Summer Dunes Lane is .1 miles down on the left. We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions!

*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Seascape pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Seascape pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Amazing View

The view of the ocean/beach was spectacular and the condo was as advertised. The only complaint was that the pool was under a major overhaul the entire 5 weeks we were there - it diminished our view and at times it was noisy. I asked about it when we first arrived 3/9 and was told it should be open by 4/1. It opened 4/11 and our rental ended 4/12. Looks beautiful now though! We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo close to the beach

Photos of the condo were very accurate. Very easy experience with access to the condo. The only issue was the sign to the entrance was down so we passed it up. Sign is back up now. Very quiet and relaxing with a short walk to the beach. Nice condo, except the dryer doesn’t dry very well. Would definitely come back.

Great place. 5 stars for the property as far as the owner can help. But be aware that as of July 28, 2024 there is still construction on the premises. Doesn’t necessarily affect the condo itself but is still a bit of a nuisance on the public areas and elevators. Other than that it was GREAT! Very clean. Spacious. Beautiful views. Well stocked. Modern. Right by the beach. Everything you could ask for. 100% would stay here again.

There was major construction going on at the condominium building where we booked. It was right by and all around us. No one even hinted about it when we booked. We left a day early.

Construction nightmare noise

Do not book a stay at this location until the construction is completed. The whole building is affected by the trembling noise and vibration of machinery. There is so much dust in the air.

We had a wonderful time, the view of the beach was wonderful and it was a short walk to the beach. The only issue was there was construction going on the exterior of the building during the week which was loud while we were sitting on the balcony.

Fantastic!

Everything was as advertised. Beautifully appointed, convenient to beach, large balcony with plenty of seating (furniture appears to be new). All the amenities we could ask for! Only complaint is the elevators didn’t work for most of our time there, but as I understand it they’re to be replaced this fall. Will be back for sure!

The condo interior is just as shown in the photos and the description with newer kitchen and baths, comfortable furniture, very clean and beautiful ocean views. The porch furniture needs upgraded but the views are exceptional with morning sunshine. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was beautiful and clean. Easy to communicate with. On cold mornings, you can open the master bedroom balcony shades and watch the sunrise from the bed. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkin showers in both bathrooms. That worked out really well since my mother and special needs son has mobility issues. The decor was beautiful. Absolutely love it.
