Located in Port O'Call at Wild Dunes, the exclusive gated community on the Isle of Palms, South Carolina. We offer this professionally-decorated one bedroom/one bathroom Villa The condo has porcelain tile throughout the condo. We do have a king size bed and with a beautifully tiled shower with built in shower seat. Open kitchen and living area lead to the screened-in porch, ideal for your morning paper and a cup of coffee, your sunset toast or your favorite book. Ground floor corner end unit with extra windows. Great screened-in porch to enjoy the ocean. No loading and unloading on the elevator!

The Atlantic Ocean serves as the perfect backdrop for the Palmetto Tree-rich Courtyard and Swimming Pool, a view that can be enjoyed from every room! You have ocean view from every room in the condo. The condo is Non-Smoking .

This Villa is very special to us and is a very comfortable place to relax and have fun. We invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation in our beautiful home. Unique Relaxing Beach with many unique local activities . We love animals. However, The Wild Dunes Community Association does not allow pets. No pets allowed, also non-smoking.

This was our second time staying at this condo. The moment you walk in, you will be impressed with how beautifully decorated the space is. Every detail feels thoughtfully chosen, giving the condo a coastal charm while still being modern, comfortable, and inviting. It truly feels like a home away from home.The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The location is also perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore, yet still peaceful enough for us to really unwind.What made our experience even better was Thad. He is a superb host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure his guests have the best stay possible. Communication was clear and timely, and his hospitality made the whole process seamless and stress-free.We cannot recommend this property highly enough and would love the opportunity to stay here again. Our family loves coming to Wild Dunes/ Port o Call we have been staying at the same location for over 14 years. Great communication, easy check in & love the access to the beach along with the pool. Charleston and the local area is great for dinning and shopping. We are already planning our next visit.

Who You Rent From Makes a Difference

The first time we stayed at this unit was 10 years ago when my son was 7 years old. Thad has always kept up with maintaining the unit, refurnishing the unit, and consistently having everything you need on hand for the perfect vacation. He's always communicated with us about things to expect, new restaurants we might be interested in, and anything else he thinks our family will appreciate. We've stayed in a couple of other units in the complex when this one wasn't available and they never have the same little touches and warmth that this unit does, let alone someone you can reach out to directly if you have a concern. Thank you Thad, for another wonderful week!

A great spot in Wild Dunes

We had an amazing time staying at Thad's place in Wild Dunes. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was steps away from the pool and beach area as well. We brought a wagon with us to carry all of our beach stuff but really didn't even use it because everything was so close. Thad's communication was outstanding. He gave us sooo many recommendations that it made us want to come back again because there is so much to check out in the area. The kitchen was a bit tight and really only allows for one person to be operating in there at a time, but it was well stocked and really did have everything we needed. Having laundry in the unit was also a bonus as we were there for a week and definitely needed to use that. We also really enjoyed the screened patio, especially late in the evening. Thad was responsive to questions and we could really tell he was very invested in making sure we had a smooth stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking into an IOP vacation!

We had the best time! You cannot find easier access to the pool or beach. The walk down screened in porch facing the water was the best for storing beach and pool toys. We would definitely stay again! Thad is a great host!

Perfect Beach Condo

This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and we absolutely loved it!!! The condo was perfect. Check in was very easy. The unit was on the first floor so we could step right out to the pool and walk just steps to the beach. I enjoyed my morning coffee out on the back porch while listening to the waves. It was short drive to many local restaurants in the area. We also drove over to Mount Pleasant and into Charleston for dinner. I would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back.

What a Wonderful Place and Host

This condo is beautifully decorated and has such a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The porch is truly a sanctuary, with the most comfortable chairs! The condo was very clean when we arrived. The location is great bc this first floor condo is just steps away from the pool and ocean. Thad is truly the best VRBO host! He kept us updated with information after Hurricane Debby came through Charleston and the surrounding area a few days before our arrival and he made my birthday extra special! What wonderful memories my husband and I made during this trip to IOP.

Loved the location

Thad was an excellent host. His communication with me throughout the booking process & on day of check in was above expectations. The property was exactly how it was described. The location was perfect & the screened porch was a top feature. I could enjoy my coffee out there in the morning & read a book & listen to the ocean in the evening. Lovely Getaway

Condo was the perfect size for my daughter and I. Very clean and cozy. Close to pool and short walk to beach. A couple of minor issues with check in, but Thad was amazing. He really went above and beyond to make things right and even reached out a couple of times to make sure everything else was going well. We had a wonderful time and definitely would love to return!

This is a nice property in a great location, with a partial ocean view. The condo has a nice screened in porch and many nice aspects but needs (1) a better mattress and a stable bed frame, and (2) a smart TV so you can stream shows. Manager was responsive to questions.

Great place and host!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband and two kids. The property is secluded but close to everything, the kids loved the pool and I loved the screened in porch. Right on the ocean with and ocean view and convenient, especially with the kids. The host was so welcoming and very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely be back!

We were blessed with perfect weather all week. Fun around the pool and the beach is awesome but chair/umbrella fees are too expensive!! We love this condo and owner, we had lots of chats. I mentioned that there was only 1 dish towel and no detergent and the next day Thad ordered that plus other things from Target and it was dropped off right in front of our door. I can’t say enough about Thad and what a wonderful experience it is dealing with such a sympathetic, caring owner Our only disappointment was local Restaurants being subpar🙁. Restaurants in Charleston are great though! Harbor cruise is a must seeđŸ›łïž

Anniversary Trip September 2022

Isle of Palms is our favorite vacation destination and we schedule our anniversary week to stay at Palmetto Dreams every year. Thad is a phenomenal host! He has made check-in effortless. This property is exceptionally clean and professionally decorated with comfortable furniture and is exactly as the pictures on VRBO. We love the views of the ocean and being a few steps from the sand. Our early, and I do mean early (6 am) walks on the beach are most romantic! Then, a quick breakfast, packed lunch in the cooler and down to the beach for the day. Some evenings we drive to Charleston for dinner -we highly recommend Charleston Crab House on Market Street. Other evenings we cook our favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. The washer and dryer are most appreciated since I am obsessed with being excessively tidy! After a long day, the tiled walk-in shower is so relaxing. Off to bed in the most luxurious king size bed with tons of pillows for the perfect night’s sleep. What can I say
