Beautifully renovated pet friendly home located just a 2 blocks from the beach down 26th avenue. It features an open floor plan, with new hardwood floors throughout.

The kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated. The kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, new appliances, and tile backsplash. Off the kitchen through the sliding glass door is a large private fenced-in backyard perfect for family gathering. In the backyard you will find a gas grill, and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

*The home is setup with Smart TV's in the living room, master bedroom, and queen bedroom. With an Xfinity app (instead of cable box) on all of them to provide standard cable which included multiple sports channels. Apps are also available on all tvs to sign into your own personal streaming accounts to access more content. *

A dining room off the kitchen seats 6, with 2 additional chairs for a group of 8.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Pets are conditional and must be approved in advance ($200 non refundable pet fee).

Excellent stay! We absolutely loved this home and the location. Easy walk to the beach and being right next door to the tennis courts we played tennis every morning. Home was perfectly clean and comfy! Loved having the back yard for our small dogs and that there were wipes provided for their feet! Would certainly stay here again when visiting the area. Thank you!

Had a great time at this property for a 2-family end-of-the-summer trip! Loved walking around the neighborhood (quiet and very safe), walking to the beach, and checking out some of the local restaurants on IOP. Our trip was too quick to take advantage of some of the backyard amenities...fire pit and porch...but those looked great, too!

Poor Communication from Island Realty

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. There were however a few things that left a poor impression. The big issue we had was the company did not make it clear that keys had to be picked up between 4pm and 5pm from their office. We got into town later in the day and the office was closed. There was no answer on their "24 hour" service line and we were forced to make last minute arrangements elsewhere for our family of six. Most properties we have stayed at use a lockbox or key code system to inform renters of how to access properties, not the case with this property. Of course they were very clear with their fees for late check out or not following their checkout instructions. To their credit the agent on duty at the time was apologetic and refunded us a portion of our stay, but the entire experience could have been avoided with clear communication via email and phone.

Lovely home and fenced in yard

We enjoyed our stay...just be aware that you need to bring any and all kitchen cooking spices like salt, pepper, oil, etc. And, bring laundry pods/detergent if you think you'll be doing any laundry. There are very few kitchen linens, towels and just a tiny dish detergent bottle. Also, no hand soap provided. And, also bath towels are limited. Overall, we had a great time and will likely book again in the future.

Just a few things...

Great vacation and very nice location and house. Just so you know, the grill was VERY dirty and we could not get the gas to come on - neither with a lighter from the house, nor a match. This was disappointing as we wanted to grill out on the first night after a long drive. Also, the house had no salt and pepper or other popular condiments like ketchup and mustard. That was a bit surprising. The tv was nice but the remote was confusing and cumbersome. If it wasn't for my 20 year old - not sure if we would have gotten it to work. They have more updated and user friendly ones out there! Everything else was great and we would recommend this house to other families.

All around amazing!

Great location - easy walk to the beach or rent a golf cart for the ultimate IOP experience. Quiet neighborhood away from crowds but still close to restaurants/grocery store. Loved the screened in porch and fenced yard for our dogs. House was clean and spacious enough for adults, kids, and dogs!

Clean and Modern

Great home for a quick stay in IOP! Home is surprisingly spacious when entering through the front door. Four bedrooms was what we need for our crew. Hall bath is standard, but a great space. The two bathrooms in the end bedrooms have walk in showers which was a bonus. Kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Appliances are above standard grade and all match. We did not see the fire pit that was pictured and a little bummed because we wanted to utilize that in the evening - but not a major deal it was not there. Surprised to find a brand new 15x15 screened porch on the back of the house. Had no idea it was going to be there, but glad that it was. We did not hit the beach, but it would be an easy walk. Check it out - you will not be disappointed

Great get away for my birthday celebration

From the moment we arrived in IOP everything was great from the property management company to the house itself. It all exceeded our expectations the house was beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. Access to the beach was really close just a quick golf cart ride and walk away. It was an excellent place to celebrate my 50th with friends
