This 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom, features a private pool (surrounded by Synthetic Turf) with poolside outdoor kitchen, rooftop deck with wet bar, TV, two kitchens, two living rooms and an elevator that runs from the ground floor to the rooftop.

The first level features three bedrooms and an open combo kitchen/living room with a 55 inch flat screen TV. This living area features a large deck to relax and unwind, overlooking "Front Beach" Isle of Palms. The first bedroom is a large master suite with a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with private deck. The second bedroom features a full size bed. The third bedroom offers two twin size beds. There is also a shared hall bathroom with double vanity’s, shower/tub combo and a washer and dryer.

The second floor mirrors the first floor with the exception of this level having two bedrooms and a larger open kitchen/living room with a large dining table. The Primary suite features a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with oversized double shower with dual rain shower heads. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed. In the hallway, there is a large bathroom for guests with a bath/shower combo and dual vanity’s.

The third floor features a private bedroom and full bathroom, accessible through a spiral staircase off the 2nd floor balcony or elevator. Most impressive on this level is a large 1000 sf rooftop deck with a pergola featuring outdoor seating, tabletop fire pit and a flat screen tv. You will enjoy plenty of seating with a large sectional couch and tables and chairs. Feel the ocean the breezes and take in the ocean views and low country sunsets. Get a Birdseye view of downtown Isle of Palms, many nights you can listen to live bands.

****Linens are included as well as a starter set of toiletries such as bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent, etc. Please bring you own beach towels. Beach chairs, bikes, baby equipment can be rented locally. Keurig Coffee Maker provided

***Onsite parties; Bachelorette, Bachelor, Wedding, Graduation, or any other parties are not permitted and will be asked to vacate immediately without refunds. Isle of Palms enforces a noise violation ordinance (no loud noise after10:00 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m.).
*** The pool may be heated with 2 week notice -nonrefundable fee of $600.
***Nonrefundable pet deposit of $300 - synthetic turf please pick up behind your dog.
***There are security cameras on the back corners of the home and a ring camera at the entrance for security purposes.
***The gravel parking pad to the left of the driveway is open parking...1st come, 1st serve parking open for anyone to park.
