NEWLY RENOVATED AND FURNISHED (July 2026)! Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat located within the gated community of Wild Dunes, conveniently situated steps from the ocean and outdoor community pool.

NEW renovations include new kitchen cabinetry, countertops and stainless appliances, completely renovated screened porch, paint/trim and two guest bathrooms renovated.

This elevated property also boasts brand-new furnishings throughout the entire home, including the kitchen and laundry room appliances.

Within a 4-minute walk, guests have access to the beach access, community pool, and pickleball/tennis courts. The 11th green of the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is just beyond the foliage of this villa. It feels perfectly tucked away in a quiet corner with views of palm trees from every window. A golfer's or racket sport enthusiast's dream!

Bright and inviting, enjoy any of the two balconies, one deck, and renovated screened porch. The home is immaculate and spacious. Main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, and the layout is well-designed for small group or family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen flows directly into the dining and living areas. Guests can also escape to the adjacent screened porch to enjoy morning coffee or relax in the coastal breeze.

A spacious primary bedroom has a desk for convenience of remote work in a quiet space and a private porch. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own attached bathroom for genuine privacy and comfort. Each room is beautifully appointed. All bedrooms (and living room) include flat-screen Smart Roku TVs for streaming.

Wild Dunes golf, spa, and dining are all a short walk away! The gated community of Wild Dunes provides peace and safety throughout your stay, and offers miles of bike paths.

INCLUDED: Outdoor shower use. High speed wireless Internet (Cable streaming available through Xfinity Steam Application) Bedroom and bathroom linens Included (not beach towels). No Smoking. No Pets. No access to Garage.

Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes Community seasonal pool (open April-end of September) and tennis/pickleball courts (equipment not provided). Renters are not permitted in the Resort Pools.

Great family vacation rental with my adult children. We had plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings.

Nice Resort

Overall, the townhome was very nice. It’s a very short walk to the beach and pool and it is great for a coastal family getaway. The townhome was spacious and bright and overall pretty clean. The only small issues we noticed was the kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose, the rug in the dining room appeared to be pretty dirty and need replacing, and the threshold trip piece at the top of the stairs kept coming off, which posed a huge safety hazard. One of my kids slipped down the stairs when it came off the first time. Overall was a good stay!

A Wonderful Six Weeks
