Get ready for the tranquil beach vacation that will reset balance in your life when you book this 5-bedroom 3-bathroom home that sits just minutes from the beach, on a secluded street that sets you up for the ultimate peaceful relaxation. At this lovely home, style, comfort, and location intercede to create a dreamy escape to the South Carolina coast!

Stroll up to this gorgeous property, and you'll be greeted by beautiful landscaping and the salty scent of the ocean air. Enter the home and journey up to the main level, where you'll find a bright and stylish space, with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows. A spacious living area offers three different places to gather, from the plush sofas surrounding the fireplace and the big flat-screen TV to the area over by the windows looking outside.

On the other side of the living area, you'll discover the fully equipped kitchen and a large dining set that seats six. There's plenty of areas to relax with a homemade snack or cocktail, as the kitchen also offers up a compact dining set for four and two seats at the island countertop. From this area you can also access the additional dining set on the back patio, along with an entrance to the outside porch where a comfortable outdoor set invite you to sit and look out at the pool.

When it comes to the bedrooms, you'll find cozy places to retreat to after long days immersing yourself in the Isle of Palms life. On the first floor you'll find a queen-sized bed with access to the back screened in porch. Up on the second floor are the remaining four bedrooms. Two feature queen-sized beds, while the third is furnished with three twin beds. The master suite offers guests a luxurious retreat, with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom flooded with natural light and a huge soaking tub. Each room comes equipped with its own flat-screen TV, adding another perk to this already amazing property.

The outdoor spaces are the real highlight of this home, from the ocean view rooftop deck accessible by spiral staircase to the perfectly manicured lawn. A beautiful pool offers an alternative to an ocean swim, and lounge chairs offer a space to soak up the sunshine. Please note that the pool does not have a heater.

The outdoor shower only adds to the lengthy list of amenities, giving this home all the features you need for a fabulous beach vacation!

*Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.

This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is intended as a family beach rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Great home and fantastic location. Plenty of room for our family of 9. We did not use the pool as it was too cold outside, but it looked beautiful. Lots of balcony room to sit outside. We could hear the lapping of ocean water from the house and could easliy walk down to the beach. Easy drive to downtown Charleston.

What a beautiful home. The kitchen was perfect for family meals. The living room was great for relaxation. The pool and backyard provide a perfect tranquil environment. And the location near the beach cannot be beat! Overall a wonderful home!

Beautiful home

The home is perfect for family gatherings. Able to set up corn hole in the grass while kids played in the pool! Lots of seating and tables to enjoy card games, TV or chatting as there are three separate living rooms with comfortable couches and chairs. Loved the kitchen which is well supplied with everything you need! Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful!

We had 9 people stay at this house during our trip to Charleston and it was perfect! We all loved the roof deck and the proximity to all the places we wanted to visit. We had one hiccup during our stay with the door code not working, but all it took was a phone call to the rental agency and it was fixed within 10 mins. The only downside we found was that the path to the beach at the end of the road was closed during our stay for upgrades, so we did have to travel and pay at the public access to the beach. Also, the pool is not heated, and while that didn't deter the young kids who wanted to swim after the cool fall nights hit, it did deter some of the adults. ;-)

Great house Management could be better

Overall, my family really enjoyed the location and layout of the house. It’s well appointed and provides a very comfortable layout for a large family. The yard is great and the view from the roof deck is nice as well. Unfortunately there were barely any basic amenities, such as soap, shampoo, and paper towels, which we were somewhat aware of in advance, but still somehow expected more than what we were provided. A sample sized bar of dove soap doesn’t really cut it for a week stay with a large family. We had several issues that we identified after checking in but the property management company was overwhelmed by a number of other problems they were experiencing due to recent weather events. It’s understandable to have challenges related to weather, but the communication and management of the various issues was subpar. The owner of the management company did provide a small credit for our troubles and apologized for the challenges which is why we provided a three star review of the property management company instead of one.

Perfect for family vacations

We started at this property with our kids and other family members. The house is large enough that even with multiple families you have plenty of room. The kitchen and eating areas easily accommodated everyone at meal time. The screened in porch was perfect for family game time. The pool and yard area were great when we took a break from the beach. The beach access is only a short distance from the house and sits on a quieter portion of the beach. The house is a short drive from the marina where we went on a fishing charter and only about 10 minutes from all the restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house perfect for 7 adults and 3 children. 3 doors down from the beautiful beach and a sparkling pool in its backyard. Nicely appointed kitchen. Property managers are super responsive. Would certainly like to rent again.

Great home & location!!!

Quiet area with easy access to the beach. Great for families or close friends. Things to know: 1) There are only three bathrooms and one is located in the master bedroom. 2)The house doesn't include basic supplies (trash bags, coffee filters, dish soap, etc.) except for the original trash bags in the trash can so you need to bring your own. Overall we loved the home and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful location, quiet, & easy walk to beach. Big, beautiful home with private pool.

Our family of 11 - 5 being children under 6 - really enjoyed our week at 52-7 at Isle of Palms! The home is roomy & comfortable. It has a great kitchen, fantastic decks, nice bedrooms and a lovely master suite. We thoroughly enjoyed having the private pool, yard space & tree house. Quiet location & short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this rental!

Nice house!

Great location, nice pool. There was only 1 umbrella at the pool, could use a little more shade. Only 1 chaise lounge chair at the pool and it is broken. Bedroom with 3 single beds much warmer than the rest of the house. The kitchen pans could use improvement and only 1 dishtowel was supplied. Overall very nice!

Quiet and calm

Huge house. The pictures online should be updated to show how big and beautiful it was. We had one issue when the pool turned green after a storm but 1 email to the property manager and they had someone out same day. We enjoyed the pool the next morning.

Great place to stay for a long girls weekend. House was clean and exactly like pictures. Pool was clean and fun to hang around. The beach was very close to walk to! Great location and would definitely plan to stay there again!

The location to the beach was wonderful and the pool was great! Kitchen and bedrooms were very nice. I would warn that this is a very quiet elderly street and neighbors seemed to not appreciate outside visitors.

Perfect space for the family!!

The floor plan was perfect for the family to gather and space for a little privacy!! Pool had the perfect amount of sunlight and shade. Easy access to beach. Loved being away from the traffic and noise of the main road. Plan to stay here again!!

Great location on quiet street; needs major updating and better cleaning

This house has a fantastic location right near the water and easy to get to with kids. The pool was a huge hit with our family. It has big open spaces and a nice flow. However, this house falsely states that there is new furniture bc it is extremely outdated with torn sofas and a broken leg on one of the dining table chairs. There is mold all in the washing machine. The sink leaked all over the floor (which was fixed 2 days later after calling twice). The fans were covered in dust and many of the appliances were still dirty with food. For the amount of money it cost to stay the house should have been much much cleaner. There were also raised nails coming out of the deck which needed repaired bc it was a total safety hazard. The master bedroom is huge and perfect for anyone with small children. We took our 2 month old and he slept in the room with us and it was so nice and quiet. Lindsey (Charlotte, NC)

Gorgeous, clean house in a great location!

We rented this house for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house is only a few feet from the beach and a 10 min drive from many of the bars and restaurants on the island. The space is gorgeous, spacious and clean. Our only suggestion as far as improvement goes is that the place isn’t particularly well appointed—the kitchen accoutrement are quite limited, there’s very little soap, dishwasher/washing detergent, dish towels, etc. I think the stay would be enhanced by the rental company if they choose to adequately stock these things, but overall, the place is incredible!

Pictures don't do the house justice! We loved our stay :)

The house couldn't be lovelier. The pool, the proximity to the beach, the massive size - it was the perfect accommodation for our group of 10. We all wanted at least another week there. The quiet neighborhood with dreamy houses was stunning. We'd recommend it to anyone!
