Check in was until 3 pm and it still was not ready. We were told to go enjoy the beach and come back later. The room’s air conditioning was set to 85 degrees and it took 2 days for the room to get to a living temperature of 75. Breakfast was ok, Lunch meal was not great and not properly cold ( salads and cold cuts) or hot l(fish or chicken.) people could easily get sick.

In general my stay was good, in room number 1911, staff was very kind, good service, house keeping really good, few suggestions will be: Have electric outlets in both sides of the bed, maybe at least one usb, two will be better, the right foset has a special operation it needs to be turn right to open and left to close it, usually is the other way around, the surroundings has military forces in different points

i felt that the accessibility to areas of the hotel for anyone with any mobility issues is a major problem. there are no elevators to the restaurants without having to go thru the kitchen. TOO MANY STAIRS access to beach if you have any problems is not possible

The room didn’t had any AC, it was super hot !!! And the pools super old, the food gave me food poisoning yuck !!! The pools are super far from you, have to do so much walking for everything, the beds are terrible so uncomfortable ! The food takes like 2 hours to be served, I would not stay there again.

We’ve been here 6 years straight. Love the private beach, large pools, very friendly service staff. Very clean. Love the all inclusive option, drinks are strong and plentiful by attentive staff. If you are a foodie—forget it. Food is average.

Lovely hotel with beautiful view of beach. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable but I was aware of that as I’ve stayed there before. I took a blow up mattress pad which helped immensely. It’s not ideal if you don’t take the all inclusive package as the restaurants are pricey. They have the best beach in all of Mexico as it’s very private - the waves can sometimes get massive and one has to be careful as you can get knocked down very quickly. I’d stay here again as all suites have an anmazing view and the beach is incredible!

The resort is beautiful, although a bit older. Location is amazing. The views from the entire resort are phenomenal. We stayed in mid March and actually saw whales from the room. Dining options are somewhat limited. The food was not the best we've had at resorts but still good. The best food we did have was at the restaurant outdoors overlooking the sunset. If you have difficulty getting around, this resort will be tough. It's so big, with so many stairs, limited elevators and just HUGE. But it's beautiful and walking around so much was great excercise! The water was warm enough and enjoyable, better if you are a great swimmer. The staff at the beach was the kindest!

We loved our stay at Las Brisas!! Was truely a memory we will cherish always. I'm so glad I booked this resort. I almost didnt because a few of the reviews... It is such a beautiful, romantic property and the food was great. Other reviews may say the food was adequate or lacking, but they are being over critical because you absolutely have so many options and everything is so fresh. Ceviche daily was my plan and it was amazing enjoying two variations. We had a hiccup with our room and they promptly switched us to another. The staff go above and beyond. The excursions pick you up at the resort so there is no worry there. We took a taxi to & from Zihua and had an incredible day there as well. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
