Warning this place books fast! Don't wait!

This beautiful hotel style house will leave you wanting to extend your stay immediately upon arrival. Walk in, you will be greeted by a giant 55" Tv. To your right probably the biggest bathroom you ever seen equipped with a hot tub, shower, & double vanity for a fresh start to your mornings. But wait, theres more. 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms. Each bedroom with a 55" Tv. A Keurig for morning coffee, board games, patio, microwave, blender, toaster. USB Ports
The space
Drive through a nice, and quiet community. Pull into your personal driveway. Use the August lock to open the doors, and step into paradise. Once walking in you will see a big 55" tv staring at you, under is a fireplace. To your right you will see a exquisite, 5 star hotel style bathroom. Personal shower, tub and a double vanity. Just the absolute perfect place to relax. The house continues with 3 more 55" inch Tvs equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, & Espn.

The kitchen, equipped with a Keurig for nice, delicious, instant coffee. Or tea, we provide both along with sugar and creamers. A toaster for nice warm bread in the mornings. A blender for your post workout smoothie, or fun night smoothies. A high end microwave when you just don't feel like cooking. If you do though, we have a complete cooking set along with a great high power electric stove.

From here you can move on to the patio. With beautiful lights everywhere. Hang out there at night and just vibe. Or have a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the nice Florida sun.

When its time to go to bed, you can lay down in your 12 inch mattress where you just sink. Watch the tv as you relax to bed. Don't worry we have a charger for your phone right next to your bed. Plug in and just chill. Good night.

Post-cruise rest stop

It was very nice to be able to stop in Jacksonville for the night, take in a few sights, and get some rest for the long trip back home. Thanks for allowing my family to stay at your property. The neighborhood was nice. We enjoyed our stay!

The place needs some upgrades

The couch did not feel clean and some chairs did not feel sturdy. We received insect bits from the beds, but we did not visibly see the insects. The linen is old and needs to be updated

EVERYTHING was Easy Peasey!!!

From the online booking, to checkout, I honestly don't think that ANYTHING could have happened any better than it did!!! Everything was clean, communication was quick, and when we had questions the book at the residence had answers!!! I would definitely stay at this house again!!!

UGA vs FL game

The property was perfect for a group of 5 friends and I to stay. We attended the UGA vs FL football game in Jacksonville while we were there. The property manager responded to me instantly when trying to check in and was super informative about the property and how the locked worked on the door. The house was very clean upon entering and had ample space for us all to feel comfortable. Overall, we loved our stay here and had a great time!

Clean and convenient

Cute, quaint place located close to activities. Not a huge deal, but there’s no dishwasher. If you plan to stay for an extended time, make sure to bring laundry detergent or pack accordingly. Overall, this place served the purpose and I would recommend it.
