House rules:
Cleanliness & Maintenance Keep the apartment clean and tidy. Dispose of garbage properly in designated bins. Report any damages or issues immediately. Guests will be charged for any damages caused. No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol consumption is not allowed, any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Only Adults at-least 19 years age are allowed to stay. Minor Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Kitchen & Appliances Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but must clean up after cooking. Avoid cooking strong-smelling foods that may linger in the apartment. Turn off all appliances and lights when leaving the apartment. Security & Safety Always lock the door when leaving the apartment. Do not share the access code or key with anyone. In case of an emergency, contact the host immediately. Damage & Lost Items Any damages to furniture, appliances, or property will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or access cards will result in a ₹1,000 replacement fee.
