Staff was awesome! They translated a few things for us which made it easier for us to tell the taxi driver. They even had a converter for our phones.

Nice hotel.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good location with buses to many attractions. 10 mins walk to intercity bus terminal. Many eateries near the hotel. Pleasant stay.
