Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour. L appartement est situé à 20 ou 30 min de Manhattan selon les bus (159 ou159x. Attention ce bus est payant en plus de la métro card.L accÚs est pratique !

Apartment was clean and as advertised. The parking was great . The building is quiet at night- much needed after spending the day in NYC. To get to the NYC bus terminal it’s a short walk to a bus stop- coming back was easy too. I was a little concerned about not being in Manhattan- it wasn’t an issue at all. Plus it’s very close to Hoboken.

The apartment was very nice, everything looked new and recently updated. Everything functioned properly and all listed appliances and amenities were present. Everything was clean except for the floors. There were dirt/dust foot prints and our feet were dirty upon entering and taking our shoes off. The check in process was somewhat confusing. The instructions for getting into the garage could be made clearer. We aren't from a city like this so we were confused about having to leave the car on the street and walking inside to open the garage and then pulling in. The other confusing part was finding the door to our apartment unlocked and ajar. We were nervous about entering. We also didn't have any instructions about a key or the key pad on the door to the apartment. I tried the same code that got me into the lobby but that didn't work. We looked around and found a key in a drawer that worked for the front door. Including that information and also saying that the door will be unlocked and possible ajar would be nice to know ahead of time.

It’s such a great option if you have a car and going to NYC! The garage is really helpful, apartment super clean. Things to note: no view (directly facing the building next door) and it’s a Latino neighborhood. We felt like we were on vacation in central or South America, everybody spoke Spanish and dining options were what you’d expect in Latin America! Very safe and we loved it. We were just surprised but it wasn’t an issue at all, quite the opposite! Delicious food for really cheap! Which is rare when you are visiting NY! Will be back!

Loved the garage!!

Very nice place. It is exactly as described. Host responded quickly when we had a check-in issue. Having an enclosed garage was heaven. We pushed a button and drove in. No parking issues and your vehicle was protected. No searching for street parking. Wouldn't do it any other way.

We enjoyed our stay! The check-in instructions were clear and effortless, making arrival a breeze. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was also great – there were many restaurants within walking distance, which was convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
