I called the manager Lisa two times and she never got back to me. When I arrived to my room, there was no fitted sheet on my mattress just a thin top sheet with a thin comforter. My room is freezing all night, even though I had the air conditioning turned up to almost 80. When I woke up next morning to make myself a coffee, there was nasty old water in the Keurig machine, and there was no coffee pods in the room. I had one clean towel in my bathroom and the TV remote was broken. I put an inquiry in with Expedia, but they told me I cannot be refunded. the hotel, never got back to me horrible service. Will never stay again
