"The room and balcony was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. Reception was efficient and polite. There was an empty bottle of wine in the room from the previous occupants. The balcony was looking out onto a roof. Was difficult to get a coffee at 16:30. Kosher hotels are a complete hypocrisy"

The towels were very thin and the design of the sink and tap in the bathroom meant that the water splashed everywhere whenever used. There weren’t enough towels to make the bathroom usable. ..."

There was no body lotion which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. We were given vouchers for free drinks in the hotel lobby but there was never a member of staff there to facilitate this. The person who cleaned the room was very efficient."
