Bathroom shower broken, when they came to fix it they left it dirty and it was never fixed. ONLY the valet attendants attempted to be helpful, NO ONE ELSE. Ask for coffee 3 times, never came. Blow dryer did not work, asked twice for one that did and did finally get one. Average at best. Would make a different choice next time.

No complaints. The room was clean and had a nice balcony. Pool was nice and the hotel has its own beach area that’s nice. The hotel was pretty central to a lot of different food places as well Ali’i Drive where there’s a lot of things to do, shop and see. The luau was amazing- however it was my first one so bare that in mind. Hotel guests get a discount as well. We also participated in the parasailing that is offered as well as tried their coffee shop which both were good. There are mini shops in the hotel that you can purchasing items or excursions with. I would come back to this hotel for sure when visiting Kona.

The room was very nice and spacious with a decent view of the ocean. I was very pleased on checkout day; we had a 10 PM flight, and the hotel not only let us use the facilities all day (pool, hot tub, etc.), but they gave us access to a hospitality room where we were able to take a shower at the time of our choosing.

The property was clean and well maintained. We liked the easy access to the beach and the views from the balcony. The pool and the hot tub were also great with live music, food and drink options. The proximity to downtown, the restaurants and stores made it very easy for us to spend time and find various amenities. The only downside was the price. Granted it was during Dec holidays but still I felt we paid 4 star prices for a 3 star hotel.
