Poor cleanliness

The bathtub and sink drained very poorly. Water came out rusty for over 20 minutes and filled up due to lack of proper drainage. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly as the pink buildup on grout revealed bacteria. Cleaned myself with Clorox wipes. Blood spots on linens. Yuk!

Rooms were great and clean. Pool area was okay. The hot tub is not a hot tub but a luke warm tub so that was upsetting. Then lastly the restraunt and bar area was super nice! Things are a little expensive there but it made my hotel stay better! Overall not a bad hotel to stay at!!

I loved getting a chance to spin the wheel during check-in. I was able to win a free item from the market store. The room was extra comfy and I loved being able to tilt the TV towards me when l I sat on the couch.

Great stay!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very attentive and respectful. The pool was beautiful, Just with was kept up (cleanliness wise), candy wrappers on the floor, and used towels everywhere. Also the starbucks was removed and bar had a limited menu but food looked good over all.

Old hotel Needs Updated. Disappointing

I booked this hotel 7 days prior to arrival and they still could NOT Get it right. HOTEL is very OLD and outdated. The dirty carpet in the room was nasty. The hotel is understaff. We waited 30 minutes to get checked in. There were 3 people in front of us and probably 8 or 9 WAITING Behind us. The service has a lot of room for improvement. The beds are old and need replaced. We tried to PAY to get breakfast and was told NO YOU NEED A VOUCHER from the front desk. But the front desk doesn't have any to handle out. If I wanted redroofinn service that's where I would have a book a room. I booked the Marriott and it was very awkward and uncomfortable. Just not the same class of service you would expect. Everything we asked for we were told NO- I'm Sorry.... I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed...
