Large and numerous types of stains on the couch. Ratty warped carpet in hallways. No Tv station guide in room and using the remote channel listing only station number no identification of what network. Had to scroll manually. Took forever to navigate. Breakfast was sad. Lots of choices but the oatmeal was cold at 8:15am. Watered down OJ. Scone was poor. Staff interactions were good. Bathrooms okay but not one shelf in shower for personal toiletries. Had to put it all on the floor of the shower. This place needs remodeling. Overdue!! That couch was disgusting.

This place is on the top of my list to go back too. Loved the spacious rooms and breakfast was great..only one complaint I have. The pool had so much bleach in it. It burnt my eyes and hard to breathe

I was worried when I realized how close to the airport this hotel was, but noise was not an issue (small airport). Also, the staff was super friendly and the hotel was very nice. I would definitely recommend to others.

Disappointed

The hotel needs a major refresh. We booked a King Room through hotels.com and we got a Queen Suite. They couldn't accommodate the King for us. They told us it was the error of Hotels.com. The manager was very kind and understanding, he said he'd contact Hotels.com and tell them what happened. He said we should get a refund. Nothing yet. Parking is very limited.
