The room was absolutely filthy disgusting didn't seem as though it was cleaned there were cockroaches and no TV remote and when asking the staff for a remote they simply said sorry we can't provide one because people keep stealing them

Called to cancel reservation and was told that I could not. Even though the refund policy clearly states that partial refund would be given if canceled prior to 6pm on day of check in. Hotels.com staff have continued to tell me that this policy is false, even though it’s attached to my booking confirmation. Hotels.com staff continues to state that the hotel (stay well) refuses to issue refund as they held the room for us. Even though we told them we would not be using the room. That said. The cancellation policy is a hotels.com policy. And should be honored by hotels.com staff.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The maintenance could have been a little better. The toilet would run from time to time and the lighting could have been checked before renting the unit out again. Overall everything was adequate and the rates were reasonable.
