I Brown North Course, this unit's stunning Golf Course and Maui views await the discerning vacationer who desires more than just a place to sleep at night, but a place to call home. This home has gone through recent renovations.

KaMilo 125 offers a true tropical island vacation experience, with nearly 3500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, a two-car garage, spectacular views from mountain to ocean to golf course, and the best recreation amenities in the entire resort.

Upon entering the home you immediately feel the stress and tension of your travels start to melt away as the inviting atmosphere draws you to the kitchen to prepare a tropical drink to kick off your vacation. Fully open up the pocket doors leading to the main lanai and you realize what true indoor/outdoor living is all about, as you relax with your loved ones to watch the sunset over the horizon.

A beautifully appointed kitchen that will please the chef in all of us is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a vaulted ceiling with cove lighting, and hardwood cabinetry, while the adjoining living and dining areas are furnished in tropical island decor. This home has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.

One of the best-kept secrets of Mauna Lani Resort, the KaMilo/Kulalani Recreation Center is the largest in Mauna Lani and boasts a lap pool, free-form resort-style pool, kiddie wading pool, two Jacuzzi spas, workout room with free-weights and exercise machines, expansive lawns, and an immense gathering pavilion with Viking grill and outdoor kitchen for hosting parties or special events.

As with all our Mauna Lani based homes, Mauna Lani Beach Club access included! For those looking to get closer to the beach, the Mauna Lani Beach Club is a short drive down the street, and here you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, stand-up paddling, and a whole variety of beach activities. For a more relaxing time, dozens of covered lounge chairs are available, and a full-service restaurant (Napua) is located mere steps from the beach, with a wonderful menu of food and tropical beverages to enjoy as you soak up the atmosphere.

Parking at this property is limited to the driveway only. 2 normal-size cars will fit on the driveway. The garage at this home is reserved for the owner. There is no street parking, even temporary as the community streets are narrow. Additional parking is close by at the Rec Center if needed.

Great Property

Great location, walking distance to the grocery and to the Fairmont hotel. This condo is also located next to the pool and gym. You’ll need a car to get to the beach and other activities which is common in this area. But the Mani Lani beach access included is great.

This property was great. The kitchen has a great open design to accommodate larger groups. Everything we needed was at the condo. The condo was nice and close to the pool.The pool could have been a little warmer as it kept us from wanting to swim in the evenings.

Fantastic stay!

The home was beautiful! The resort area offered a nice pool and beautiful beach area. Home was close to shopping and restaurants. If your primary activities are in Kona town it’s about a 40 minute drive but all highway and wasn’t a problem for us. I would highly recommend this property.

Great family vacation home experience

I enjoy staying at rental homes with my family because my grandsons (5 & 1 yr(s) old) can wake up early with a few of us and they have lots of room to roam and play. We cooked breakfast at home every morning before heading out and we made really good use of the pool and gym during our stay. The pool area is beautiful and so conveniently located from this property. I would only caution visitors to make sure to follow their instructions and keep food in the fridge. We actually stored our bananas and other no. Perishable foods that had been opened in the oven and microwave. We did see some rodent droppings around the tv area each morning so we wiped everything down each morning. We would definitely like to rent here again!

Amazing new years locale!

Everything we needed and wanted. We have never been to the big island before and we weren't sure about being so far from Kona but it turned out to be perfect for a family vacation with kids. There were many beaches to choose from and the pool right across the street was awesome. We ate every meal and enjoyed sunrises and sunsets out on the lanai. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the beach/snorkel gear was so nice to have. There were even coolers we could use for lunches out and about. Because of stupid COVID we ate every meal in the house because we couldn't get a reservation anywhere, but it turned out to be perfect. There's a full food land grocery store right in the neighborhood and they even had good takeaway stuff for lunch. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Great house

The house was great and had a beautiful view of the golf course. We had a large party so very comfortable and spacious. The few things that I think could be improved upon are there was very few dishes for such a large house so we were constantly washing plates and bowls. And the clubhouse pool was freezing. My nephews were turning blue. I know it is Hawaii and warm outside but it was downright miserable to swim there even for the adults. But all over we had a great stay!

Perfect Property and Location

We couldn’t have picked a better property. The house was spacious and well equipped. Close to pool and workout facility. Access to Mauna Lani Beach Club was perfect. We loved it and are looking forward to another stay. Check in was seem less and communication was fabulous.

Fantastic stay for 9 of us (two families, including kids and grandparent). The condo is lovely and well-stocked, including a washer/dryer and lots of beach stuff (chairs, boogie boards, umbrella). The area is quiet with a nice pool and easy access to phenomenal beaches.

Overall, the property was very nice and clean. It was just as described and the pictures appropriately reflected the property. There were plenty of beach gear and snorkel that we were able to use and enjoy from the property. The kitchen island was nice and large to hang out around and the AC worked without a hitch. The only downsides were one of the rooms was converted from an additional living space and as such did not have the same ventilation as the other rooms. Airflow was limited and the twin beds were very soft and mushy. It would have been nice to have a normal queen bed in that room. Also, our stay was for 5 nights and with 11 people we were running out of essentials like toilet paper which we were told we had to supply on our own. Finally, there isn't much in terms of cooking materials (seasonings, oil, etc.) so just be prepared to buy your own at the local market which is 5 min down the road.

Idyllic Break from Reality with our Whole Family

We all have been keeping very safe, and basically in quarantine since before the beginning of the pandemic shutdown... this is what we needed! We grabbed airline tickets direct to Kona back in early February, and then was able to find a beautiful house in which to have 4 households be together, but be apart... KaMilo 125 fit the bill nicely! The house is well laid out with 4 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, outdoor BBQ lanai. The AC was great, and being from Seattle and used to the cold... a huge and welcomed requirement. The private beach access was nice, and we saw sea turtles without having to search the island. Shig was very accommodating and even was able to arrange for us to rent and gave delivered a massage table since my wife is a massage therapist and was able to treat much of the family. All in all... a great time!

Wonderful Getaway

This house was exactly what we expected and was perfect for some long time friends to get together, play golf, and enjoy cooking at home. House is also well equipped with beach toys if that’s your agenda. Very comfortable and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place to stay

Such a great stay! The unit is spacious and well appointed. We had 8 people in the condo during our stay, including my elderly parents. They were able to enjoy the first level bedroom and access to the main living without ever having to go downstairs. We definitely plan on returning again soon!
