Overall good property

We were only staying one night. Cleanliness could’ve been much better and be forewarned the upstairs gets quite hot in the summer months! Host was able to help us find a temperature solution but it would’ve been nice if that info was better communicated in the listing.

KC stay review

Inside was clean and there was adequate room. The host responded promptly to our inquiries. The living room TV didn’t work, but the bedroom TV did. It was not a problem for us, as we preferred our grandson not watch it. The outdoor yard was in need of mowing. The parking was good except when someone else parked blocking it. The air conditioner high pitched noise was annoying, and a unit in the bedroom would prevent the overworking of it.The location was easy car access to KC locations, but no walking distance restaurants.

TV was broken when we arrived but other than that it was perfect for what we needed! We were there just to sleep, for the most part!

Pleasent but not what we expected

The photos were accurate showing the space. There is a hot tub listed but there is no hot tub there. There were chip crumbs on the couch but otherwise it was very clean. Parking is tight if you decide to park behind the house.

The apartment was smaller then what we expected. It looked better in the picks than in real life. The outdoor area was janky. It was clean though.
