I had arranged to view the room early to place a welcome basket inside. I was assured of its cleanliness, but unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The room was dirty and unkempt, with issues including hair in the fridge, dried mucus on the curtains, and a door that wouldn't lock due to loose screws. It was embarrassing to receive my colleague in such conditions. Despite my requests, the room was not cleaned in a timely manner, and my colleague arrived to a room that was not only unacceptable but also left her unable to sleep until 2 AM due to the unsettling environment—especially with an early morning meeting scheduled. It was not only her that was affected; I noticed other guests were requesting room changes for similar reasons. To add to our disappointment, we did not receive any form of compensation or acknowledgment of these issues, which adds to our frustration with the whole experience. Embassy Suites has always been synonymous with cleanliness and professionalism in the past, but this incident has certainly diminished our faith in the brand.

To start, the food (snacks) we got from the lobby was weeks expired. Upon entering, we didn’t receive a gift bag like other patrons. The food in the restaurant was “fine”. The waitress was amazing, but working by herself and there was obviously to many people for one person to attended bar and serve food. There were no sheets for the pull out. Lastly, the room was not as clean as what one would expect from this price point. The shower floor was not great and crumbs under the bed upon arrival

The room was spotless, well located. Free transportation to and from the hotel was great. The hotel was beautifully set up. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The best feature was the glass elevator overlookjng the hotel interior!

Karen who worked during breakfast service was amazing. She went above and beyond. When I asked for decaf coffee, not only did she make some she poured me a cup and fixed it how I liked. Just because she could. True kindness and customer service for a tired mom.

Outdated hotel. No access to streaming platforms in room. No access to cast device to tv, but the TV’s are “smart”? Less than 2 hours after breakfast started, the kitchen ran out of food. The kitchen staff was telling the guests they didn’t anticipate a full hotel. Really? On a weekend with an important sporting event in town, kids tournaments, band competitions, and the hotel can’t feed everyone which is a big selling point for the hotel? The in room coffee pot was the old fashioned brew bag coffee, but there were k cups in the room. I couldn’t even make coffee. Never staying here again.

A shadow of what Embassy Suites once were. Elevators painfully slow (1 not working); room furnishings dated; no convenient handicapped parking close to entrance; $15 charge for parking then receive notice that car should be gone by 10 am, tho checkout not till 11 & staff unfriendly when asked about it. Will look to other lodging from now on...
