The staff was amazing! A young lady named Nana checked me in, seeing I was on crutches, she cared my bags from the car to my room and got everything put away. When I left I was shown the same hospitality by them coming to my room and carrying them to the car.

Good bedding. 2 queen beds room but obviously roomy enough for that configuration Parking price ok / free parking on street. Breakfast ok. Location ok if you have a car. After checking in, I left. I never even why to my room. I was so uncomfortable with the surroundings There were people wandering around the inside of the hotel, who were not guests there as well as people hanging outside in their cars and on the property. It was not a safe area. I would love to get a refund for the night or a credit to use for a future stay at Fairfield in a different location. I would also like a refund of $20 for parking because I didn't park for the night.

Property was clean and well kept. Staff were professional and extremely helpful. Housekeeping kept the room clean and well appointed. But. The room remodel was lacking. The toilet was not properly seated and would wiggle when we sat down. It would also continually run if not seated properly. And there were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. That room (236) definitely needed a once over.
