For a Ceasers property we absolutely expected more from this experience. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover my feelings on their experience. From inattentive, unfriendly staff. Beyond poor service for breakfast. Having to provide your drivers . license to use a luggage cart.

The hotel is showing it's age. The carpet in our room needed to be stretched and had a big raised area across the room that we tripped on several times. All the doors had heavy dings and missing parts of the trim in the room and hallways. The food and staff were great.

The first non-smoking room they gave us smelled so strongly of smoke and spray to cover it. The carpet was torn, stained black in areas, very dirty. Second room they gave us , clearly was never cleaned same issues except there was specks of something all over the floor so had to have them come vacuum. and again, the floor was so dirty there were black in spots. also it was lifting and bunched up which was unsafe for walking. Front desk person could have cared less. I asked another person in the elevator about his room. he said he had the same issues in his room. I have never had to write a bad review before. I dont know how they got a 3.9

We woke around midnight to bad Oder in the room.we went down to front desk to report it and they had us leave our nice junior suit to a smaller room on a lower floor because apparently the had several complaints on that floor and above us, they had called the fire department to have them come see if it was a gas leak or what was going on and after being put in the smaller unit the smell began smell that room also so we got no sleep was just a terrible time won’t stay there again

Hotel room definitely needed an update, hallways needed a good cleaning as you could see the dust build up where the ‘trim’ met the floor. It was obvious that this was the old part as you could literally feel the temperature change in the hallway as you walked down it. Almost as if they didn’t use this section unless they had to. The staff was great - just hope next time I stay I have a better room.
