Only one person at the desk to check in guests. Waited 15-20 minutes in line. Person was nice, however more staff is needed for a hotel with rooms at this price point. I will look to stay at another hotel comparably priced on future trips.

The location and view were the best! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed and nice bath amenities. The room was large and spacious with a sofa bed included. We loved the balcony and look forward to a summer stay to use the pool!

When I called the Intercontinental Hotel in Kansas City to request an early check in when I arrive, I was told that would be fine. However, when I arrived, they had no room for me and offered 3 sub par hotels 30 miles away with no compensation for travel, inconvenience nor apology.
