The room was very nice and clean. We used the shuttle to the airport and it left on time. The driver was a joy to talk to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we left at 4am we weren't able to have breakfast.

Hotel is average. Management are LIARS. Avoid this hotel and stay at nearby hotels. Due to predicted snowstorms, at check in, asked manager if would be charged if I checked out a day early. Manager said hotel would not charge me. Checked out a day early at 9am and manager reassured me I would not be charged for the second night and to inform Expedia of the details. On my behalf, Expedia contacted hotel and hotel said I would be charged for second night. Management are LIARS.

The hotel room was not what the pictures online shown. Very different in quality. Scratches on bathroom and entry for to the hall. Space between door and hall, so your door didn't securely close. Wasn't the cleanest either, but definitely not a place for a female or family to stay. I should have listened to the reviews more, as I'm guessing many of the positive ones are family or staff. Went into the room, stayed less than 5 minutes as i didn't feel safe for my son and I. One guy at the bar just staring at you when checking in. 5 people behind the counter, took quite a bit of effort for one to even say hi to check is in. Stayed 5 minutes, way to long. They gave me at least one night back but should have been both nights. The lack of cars on the lot should have given me the first sign. False advertisement with the pictures online compared to what you get. I'd advise not to stay here in any fashion.
