Unruly guests were allowed to threaten and intimidate other guests without a problem from the night manager on duty apparently anything goes. The pool was a zoo instead of a pool Trashy Parents trying to fight people and were protected by the hotel night management. They should make sure to kick people out of the hotel when they are threatening disrespectful or rude instead of asking me if I want my money back and can leave. I have a disabled child that had to deal with a traumatic experience while they catered to Ghetto Trash.

The property as a whole is nice, hot tub is a little small. Kids loved the pool and the pool are was nice as well! Swimming pool is both indoor and outdoor which is awesome! The walls seem thin as we could hear the neighbors and their kids. I would recommend requesting a top floor room as the people above us were extremely loud bright and early in the morning! Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area is very large which is nice as there is plenty of seating! Bar area was also nice! Ice makers on 2nd and 4th floor. Shower did have a small crack in the floor which didn’t affect our ability to use it, but it was there.

So first of all, I would like to say that the overall property here is gorgeous. It's on a lake with lots of nature and a trail. If it's warm enough you can stroll around outside, look at nature and even walk to Bass Pro Shop. I was first booked on the first floor and I don't usually like the first floor, but decided to give it a shot since this place is so highly rated. However, immediately I felt uncomfortable. It was dingy, dark, and I felt a little unsafe. I asked the front desk if I could move to a higher floor with a similar view and I could tell they were annoyed (I know hotels hate moving rooms, I get it) but they did it, with a worse view. The new room was definitely an upgrade; it was much brighter and I think the floor was wood instead of carpet. However, that's where the good part ended. The bed was hard as a ROCK. Seriously, just lying there for a few minutes put my back in terrible pain. The pillows were so thin that even stacking all of them barely lifted my head. There was dust EVERYWHERE. Dust on the lamp, dust on the phone, I opened the Keurig and dust blew up in my face and the Keurig didn't even work. This is honestly the first hotel I've ever stayed at where I just felt kind of "ick" being in the room and wanted to get out of the room as much as possible. The breakfast terrible, it was literally just eggs and a few pieces of sausage. It's a shame because the property is beautiful. I won't be back.
