quick stay

i was traveling through kansas city decided to stay this super8 , round 9pm we got there it was realy hot tempreture. when we get in room room was really cool and clean, we slept like a baby , complimentry breakast was good, we will come back again

This hotel is not Super 8 Quality!!!!!!!!

I stayed at this hotel on 8/13/11. What a joke! The room was expensive, swimming pool was out of order (permanently, according to the sign posted outside), horrible smell throughout the hotel, and staff that need to learn about personal hygiene. The TV had very limited cable (with more than half of the channels being very snowy, and unable watch). The bed (mattress) was encased in a plastic ziplock casing, so you were sleeping on PLASTIC!!!! very annoying and uncomfortable! The chair in the room had a big hole in it with the stuffing coming out of it. Stains were all over the carpet. I also noted that there was a sign about guests having visitors (was not permitted, even if they were not staying overnight). If you had visitors, you had to pay for them to visit with you. I am glad I did not have to deal with this! Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! Go to Motel 6! Better quality and service at that chain, than you will find in this hotel.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER ENCOUNTERED

I checked in late due to poor directions given from front desk personnel. I left the hotel because I was on my way to Kanrocksas. Upon arriving back at the hotel at 2 a.m. with a couple of guests, I was informed that visiting hours were over at 11 pm. I had no idea hotels had visiting hours! I asked if they were running a hotel or a hospital. Needless to say, I paid for a room that I didn't even get to get into and left, as my guest weren't allowed to leave the lobby. I will not recommend that anyone stay at this Super 8 ever. Customer service was horrendous. Nowhere in my booking info was there information about visitor times, not at one time during check in was I directed to a framed piece of paper that sits on the front desk, that the clerk kindly showed to be at 2 am. ALL IN ALL it was a nightmare of an experience.
