This hotel is incredibly dirty! I’m ok with out dated but it was filthy. I’m also pretty sure that most of the guest live there. I felt really unsafe. Travelocity should not offer this as an option to book.

Property photos are deceiving. Booked two nights. The room stunk like cigarettes had just been smoked. No natural light as we had a view of the pool. Music at the pool started at 7am and it is loud. The air conditioner sounded like a lawn mower. The shower was filthy. Holes in the ceiling. I did not feel safe here. The sheets were clean. The pillow cases were clean, but the pillows did not fit inside of them and you could see how gross and stained they were. We checked out after the first night. Asked for a refund for one night and was told absolutely not and that the room was non-refundable. The staff were rude to the kids for being “too loud” in the pool. The pool is located IN the lobby of the hotel.

Absolutely disgusting. This place was the true definition of a roach motel. We checked in and immediately checked out. The AC didn’t work, the room was filthy, and there were homeless people sleeping in the hallways. It was completely unsafe and uninhabitable, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Towels are a big deal.!!!!

I stayed at this hotel about 3 years ago and it needed some upgrades then and it looks like the new owners have taken the necessary steps and made some serious improvements like both elevators are working now which is amazing. The carpet has been replaced. The chipped and broken concrete around the indoor pool has been fixed. They seem to have a shortage on towels though and for a hotel to have indoor swimming pool and no towels by the pool or in the workout room just seems kind of odd to me. But if towels were there only problem I give this hotel two stars out of five.

Place looked nothing like the photos. Can’t get anyone on the phone when you call in. Place had homeless people outside and sitting inside, prostitution going on outside and people wondering on drugs. Place was dirty , and room was horrible, floors filthy and bathroom disgusting with black stuff in the shower. Dirty sheets Basically the worst place ever
