Cozy Waterfront Cottage near Huntsville, Algonquin park

Enjoy our family friendly four season private waterfront cottage located in the beautiful Almaguin Highlands region just outside of the Ontario's “Biggest Little Town” called Kearny (Muskoka).
Cottage is located between two Lakes: Clam Lake and Little Clam Lake (direct access). Access to Clam lake (bigger lake ) that has boat launch, is across the road. There are also few lakes in the area with public launches for you to enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, wake boarding, water skiing, etc.
If you are into hiking and canoeing, Algonquin Park is minutes away.

Cottage has three bedrooms, one bathroom. Property is child friendly, flat terrain, shallow water entry with sandy bottom. 10 minutes to town: LCBO, restaurants, grocery, gas station, convenience store.

⊁ Livingroom: mini bar, 60" flat screen smart TV, woodstove, couch with pull out double bed.

Wonderful family week end

Cottage comfy, warm, we loved the fireplace and the living room to spend time with family. The situation between lakes is so beautiful. Fantastic place for trails, great communication with Ekaterina, I recommend this cottage!

We had a fantastic time with family ringing in the New Year. The weather and location were perfect. Hot tub was relaxing even with -20 temps our kind of weather! Cottage was cozy and lovely only down fall we felt there were way to many personal belongs out in the open we felt we had no space for our belongs. We had to keep our food in the boxes we brought and then we had a few unwanted small visitors. A dedicated pantry would be amazing. Wood is not supplied for woodstove or sauna which was strange. Overall we were very thankful they opened up their home to us we would definitely return.

Wonderful location, friendly hosts and delightful cottage.

Ekaterina and Alex were wonderful hosts and very quick to respond when needed. Despite a slight hiccough they experienced before our arrival; they were able to accommodate us immediately upon arrival and everything was great. The cottage is cozy, delightful and spacious. It accommodates myself, my spouse, our 3 kids (ranging in age from 22 mos-14 years) and my parents. Super clean and had all the accommodations we needed. Our weather was unseasonably cool, however we were still able to make use of the dock/beach area as well as the canoe. We will definitely be coming back in the future. We really loved our stay.

Simply amazing

We had to travel light due to busy schedule. But the cottage was completely stacked with plates, spoons and glasses. Everything else was exactly as mentioned in the description. Private beach, canoe with motor etc were the highlights of our trip. Instructions were accurately given before the check in. Thank you.

Very satisfied

I stayed here for a weekend with my family and some friends, and we had such an amazing time. The property is beautiful, although it rained most of the weekend, we still had an absolute blast! Ekaterina was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions, and had a very detailed check-in process which made everything so easy! I would highly recommend this cottage! We will be back forsure!!!

Lovely stay for the second time!

We came here last Thanksgiving and loved it so much that returned yet again this year and the stay was wonderful. The weather was a bit of a spoilsport but the surroundings were just as lovely. Ekaterina is the most amazing hostess and made sure we were comfortable and also accommodated our request for an early check in and late check out. We will come back for sure!

Nature at it's best.

Gorgeous lake views front & back. A hidden/protected gem amongst the trees, with all the amenities. A Firepit to keep warm and outside longer while star gazing. Hot tub, sauna, swimming, canoeing, and just napping or reading on the dock. Rustic on the outside, cute, clean and comfortable inside with room for my whole family. The roadways are perfect for walking the dog, jogging, biking,or ATVing. No disappointments here!

Wonderful cottage in stunning location

We were here for the Thanksgiving weekend and absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was beautiful and cozy with great amenities and the surroundings were stunning. Perfect location to see fall colours over the lake and in the roads around the cottage. We had initially planned to go to the provincial park but decidee against it as there were so many beautiful, quiet, picturesque lanes for long walks right there. It is a hidden gem and I can't recommend it enough. We hope to be back soon!!

This cottage was beautiful we had our small wedding here, it was perfect. The host Katrina was amazing always quick to message to make sure our stay was amazing. The cottage was so clean and had everything we need and more!!! We will be coming back for sure just an awesome experience!!!!

Nice lakeside getaway

We arrived late but were able to access the property and get moved in for our 4 night stay. The outdoor sauna was great, the lake perfect for canoeing, and Kearney was close enough for getting supplies as required.
