Enjoy your vacation in this new recreational vehicle with great taste in interior design. This unit has an additional air-conditioned unit with lots of space

This amazing unit accommodates a total of 5 guests. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with memory foam mattress and the second bedroom has a full + a bunk bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress.

Lot 115 is a very large lot located at the Key Largo Kampground and Marina and it is very close to both beaches and the pool.

Guest Access:
Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles South of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting. It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile South of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkels, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun.

- Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 5 guests per unit.
-Once you book, we will send you a registration form (10 days prior to arrival) which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival.

- Check-in time is between 4PM and 10:00PM, unless an earlier check-in has been coordinated with us in advance.
There's no check-in available after 10:00PM.

-Check-out time is 11:00am

- Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, are allowed to park in each lot.

- All boats entering the grounds must have a length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max.

 ● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day.  Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis.  One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax.  Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum

- No smoking allowed inside the units.

- Guests are not allowed to bring jet skis or wave runner inside the campground.

● Two (2) pets maximum per site, with a size limit of 100 pounds each.  No aggressive breeds allowed, including pit bull mixes (see full list below).   Pets must be leashed when off your site.  Please do not leave dogs unattended in the RV as it leads to excessive barking.

List of Aggressive breeds not allowed: Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid.- Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 5 guests per unit. Once you book, we will send you a registration form which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival.

Upon arrival we could not get the key out of the lockbox. I contacted the owner with no response until the following morning. Luckily a neighbor was kind enough to help us get the key. The following morning we woke up to extremely cold temps due to the low temperatures but finally figured out the mini split. The beds were very comfortable and the pool and kiddie was perfect! My BIGGEST COMPLAINT was the bathroom lighting! The darkest bathroom u could ever imagine. Hopefully the owner can resolve that issue soon. Would I return? Yes but not to that camper.

Very Nice

Perfect for paddling and fishing. Nice boat ramp with easy access. Property and home was very clean and well apportioned. Host was attentive and helpful. We have a 22 foot bay boat and if fit well on the drive with room for our truck. We stayed five nights and it was great.

Family Fun

We’ve enjoyed multiple properties in this campground for years. Changing rentals for our family needs. Perez is a really good host! This property works well for those needing 2 bedrooms & full bath for their family camping experience. Our highlight was the shaded, paved picnic area complete with fans and lighting. It seats 12 comfortably with a picnic table for 8 & 4 movable Adirondack chairs. The grill was clean and large. The location is an another great feature. It’s in the north canal section, so breezy and shaded; yet a short walking distance to a small beach and pool. The campground community is friendly. We appreciated the equipment for shuffleboard & beach volleyball. We had kayaks delivered to KLK for great fun exploring the mangroves. The campground is located with easy access to: Publix, Keys dining, the Everglades, and all ocean activities.

Nice place to Stay

The camper was an affordable option to stay in Key Largo. It was a bit tight for 5 adults but owning an RV myself, it was to be expected. We basically slept there and took advantage of the great location. I was a little disappointed there was no washer in the unit. There is only the laundry in the campground that I believe takes money to run and you need to be in the campground to switch it around and collect it ( I typically throw it in washer in the morn and dryer when we return). The beach is a very close walk however it wasn’t something I would swim in. The park was very quiet and the beds are comfortable. The a/c units work well and made sleeping comfortable. Great communication with the owner as well.

Comfy beds and accommodations

We had a lovely stay at this property in beautiful Key Largo! The beds were super comfy and the temperature was perfect at night. We've had plenty of RV stays before but the host laid out the essentials in their handy guide book. The kitchen was well equipped. Just to know we were there during the king tides and the roads by this property do hold some water, but it held back from the driveway and cute tiki hut. The staff at the front gate were very attentive and we certainly felt super safe at all times! The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well. Loads of towels and a couple beach towels too.

A wonderful glamping experience!

While entering the kids school schedules into the family calendar we decided to take advantage of an extra long weekend and get away. Although we love to camp in PA where we are from, we never gave it a thought to rent a camper until we started looking for somewhere fun to go on our long weekend. That’s when we stumbled onto this little paradise!! Everything about working with the property owner, Ramses, was simple and pleasant from the initial reservation, to the advance paperwork, arrival, the stay, to checkout. The camper is very nice with a lot of thought into the lot it sits on. Very clean and all of the amenities were provided. The grocery store is within walking distance for anything you may need. The campground is really nice with great amenities. Close to everything you’d want to do in the area and walking distance to a shopping plaza and grocery store. We loved hanging at the pool! And we liked that it was a secure entrance keeping out those who don’t belong. Everyone in the campground was really nice and we met people from so many places! The keys are amazing to visit and Ramses is a great host. We had an opportunity to meet Ramses during our stay as he addressed a minor problem. He was quick to address our issue and the opportunity to meet him in person made our stay that much nicer. If you’re looking for a simple get a way with your favorite people and all the amenities, this is definitely a good option, great memories were made.

Very quite. Nice pool within walking distance. Good restaurants and Publix very close. Overpriced for accommodation, older conditions & no view. Beachs in campground has stagnant water and cannot be used for swiming.
