Everything was great! Friendly staff, clean rooms and definitely appreciated the little extras like welcome beverage, hot coca in the lobby and s’mores by the fire pit (recommend putting 2 marshmallows on the stick not just one 😉). Will be back in the near future!

Additional charges that were not explained at check-in. I spoke up at checkout and also called and was not given an ounce. Front desk told me it’s in the verbiage on Expedia when I booked. Never read this so must be super tiny writing. Plus they make you pay $25 a day to park. This is not acceptable to me. Sad because the resort is beautiful but they hide fees left and right. They also add crazy high tax on restaurants. I feel part of this is towards tips which they also don’t explain.

The beach was lovely and chairs were plentiful. I didn’t like the fact that despite paying a hefty daily resort fee the floats in bay were not included. Also, there was no complimentary water in the room. We felt nickled and dimed for everything. We stayed at Bakers Cay and Hawks Cay and did not experience this in the past.

Too many additional costs to be above a 3 parking fee daily $25 ( already paying for rental) room tax daily $49 20% gratuity charged every time you order food and drinks The resort is clean but there was loud construction by the pool going on every day we were there Loved the even tide event and s’mores Room was clean but ours had a huge rip in the corner chair We reserved a king room but when we got there they said only queens left- no apology

It's a beautiful resort and the staff was friendly and helpful. We only encountered 2 disappointments: The first day the music at the pool was so loud we couldn't converse among ourselves, but after requesting the volume was reduced. The second was the temperature of the pool was HOT, I mean easily in the 90s or higher! We felt it coming out of the input valves and it felt like hot tub temps! We asked the staff and we saw people checking the water, but it was still uncomfortably hot when we checked out.
