Check in was the best and only part of this experience that I had. My room (it’s called a suite!) looks to have been badly converted from a storage “closet”. Tiny, mismatched furniture, old TV that took 1/2 hour to operate, my unit was located almost ON the parking area in front. Very noisy. AC was loud and intermittent. This was worse than a bad Motel 6. The grounds were attractive with individual cottages (10 in all ) surrounding a pool. I wasn’t able to see my unit listed on the site and now that I’m here, I understand it was an afterthought. I expected to pay the price for Key West in March but this is a ripoff!

Staff was very welcoming. The rooms have personality! Our room is large and in good condition. Pool is nice. Property is landscaped beautifully. Walking distance to most attractions.

We loved that the pool was at the center of a small community of people who we interacted and became friends wirh. Thr pool was so comfortable we could jump right in. Steve was very friendly and showed us around and the safety was high due to the locked gate. Itt is central to the bus and many other sites. Two things need changed though. The door window is dirty and the blind needs replaced and the television is way too small. It's not the fanciest place but a great value and we really enjoyed our stay there

The staff here was so friendly and helpful-felt like old friends! Our room was adorable, clean, and comfortable. Loved the heated pool and outdoor sitting area. The next time we go to Key West, we will be staying here!
