Liked the location. 18 min walk to Duval street. Liked the parking on street close by. Didn't like the smaller bathroom with only one mirror in the whole unit. With 3 ladies traveling, another mirror would have helped.

Overall, excellent place and would recommend. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the front desks seemed to not care if I was dead or alive. lol. But didn’t need them for anything so that was fine.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. IT WAS OLD AND OUTDATED. NO COFFEE POT OR MICROWAVE. THINGS WERE RUSTY. AND IN ONE AREA, THERE APPEARED TO BE BLACK MOLD ON THE WALL. WE LEFT A DAY EARLY. :(

The good, the bad and ugly. The king bedroom was huge. No light switches for lights. Very small bathroom. The ugly. Noisy neighbors and roads until 12:30. Ugh. Dicey off street parking.

Cute guest house. Our room Harry Truman was small but exactly what we needed for one night. Very clean with a large private balcony. Small breakfast and small pool but both very adequate. Nice relaxing seating areas all around the property, and very private. Filtered water and the “good” ice easily available. Front desk ordered a scooter for us, and it was delivered within 30 mins. Super easy. Very charming. Just a little removed from the busy historic area, but the scooter made that easy.
